Every time I hear that intro I just imagine a gunboat during the Vietnam war filled with a bunch of soldiers driving slowly through the rivers of Vietnam at night while the water reflects off it on to the hull..
probably cause I was watching Apocalypse Now on my tv with my headphones on and come as you are came on my playlist xD

It’s also in part because I recently found photos of my uncle when he was fighting in Vietnam during 1970, which I did not know existed I always assumed they just never took photos of him over there but one day we were at my late grandmas house and we found 2 photos of him holding an M16A1 with his helmet and olive green uniform and helmet in front of a very creepy jungle! Reminded me of the one I always imagine when I hear this song lol.
