Ingredients:
3.5 pounds of quince (can use apple or pears as well)
5.5 tablespoons of Ball No sugar low sugar pectin (7 cups of juice)

Did you use the liquid that was left in the pan in addition to the liquid you drained from the hanging fruit to get the 7 cups of juice? I assume you poured the pan liquid through the cheesecloth as well.
