    Here is what you need:
    2 smaller pumpkins
    Cut them in half and clean out the seeds
    roast them in the oven at 350F for about 45 to 60 min or until soft
    peel off the skin
    puree in food processor or blender
    That is it! Ready to use immediately!

    Pretty sure the level of vitamins and minerals in fresh foods is also always going to be higher than canned!
