Underrated video, how can this have only 15440 visuals?

looks great! but lots of maps. how would the workflow change if you wanted to pack different objects' UVs into the same tile, in order to reduce number of maps used? i guess it would be a little more tricky to work in Substance Painter if you can't separate materials by shader

I chose this on purpose because I wanted the highest resolution I can get. But you can of course use the other method if that suits your project better.

Hey Anna! For the normal map texture to work properly, the texture color space needs to put to RAW manually. For a quick colorspace change of all normal maps, go to your Project Asset Inspector > Select all normal textures > Right click > Set Colorspace > RAW. With AUTO it clamps the texture to sRGB while it should be linear
Great video! Didn't know about the pucker tool in painter, looks awesome!

I'm using Fusion 360 to create 3D trophy models. However, I'm having issues with Fusion's rendering, as it doesn't produce satisfactory results. Recently, I discovered Substance Stager, which provides high-quality renders. However, I'm facing difficulties when trying to apply textures to the 3D representation of my trophy, which is exported from Fusion 360. I'd like to be able to assemble the complete trophy in Substance Stager, applying acrylic textures and a decal. Unfortunately, the decal I apply in Fusion 360 isn't exported along with the object when I open it in Stager. Additionally, when attempting to apply the decal directly in Stager, a problem occurs, resulting in image duplication and a messy appearance. I've tried fixing the mesh in Blender, but the issue persists. Could someone help me with this matter?

      @@Anna_Natter Thanks!
If you can get any help with my question it would be of great help, I need to make the pieces I create work in Fusion 360 which for me is the best program to create my models, this is where I find it easiest and can transfer them to Substance and be able to place logos on the parts, which is what I can't get.
Anyway, I'm going to send this same question on discord too.

You need a better graphics card. I have the same problem sadly. CG in game and films are popular and available for anyone to buy, (not just billion dollar studio's) so graphic's cards are expensive since everyone wants to make high production quality assets in hopes to get them a studio job. Skill means little, your Graphics card is everything in photo realistic rendering.

@@jacquiewiegand6323 I see what you're saying, and my issue is not with rendering but with applying an image decal to my product. When I bring my product into Stager, I'm having trouble applying a decal image, and it's getting distorted and replicated across the entire piece. It sounds like a mesh problem. but I dont know how to solve it, the product is simples is like a simple peace, plane sometimes Square and flat.
