I never knew much about paddy besides the shorts I've seen on instagram. I always thought he was cool, but discovering his RUclips channel and getting to know him makes me have respect even more.

it's just the best possible investment you can make in your life. knowledge really is power when it comes to good health and nutrition.

He counts calories, binge eats and is a bit obsessive. I’m sure that tendency to be extreme helps him win fights, but living on the edges like that gets tougher the older you get. He’s young so now it seems funny, flexible and borderline admirable. When he’s older and does more and more extreme things to binge, lose the weight, and win fights…he’s going to hurt himself
