i wish u demonstrated how the lights look after changing the bulbs.otherwise i have a 2014 limited and i want that white glowing effect i see on other people's vehicle.how do i get that effect.

Good vid but in my opinion if someone needs a tutorial for the simple headlight system in the 5th gen you probably shouldn't do it take it to an Autozone or dealership lmao

I have a 2022 4 runner limited. Which led bull do I need for my day time running light?
What is that plug to the left of the high beams. I pulled that by mistake and can’t get it back in place
When I have my switch on DRL. Lights never turns on. When I go one click up, it turns on plus the orange lights. Any idea what might be going on? 22ORP
If you switch it into drive do the DRL lights come on, then back off when switched into park?
@@5MinuteFixit no it doesn't. I know the light works because it turns on when the switch it turned to the one that includes the orange lights. You think it could be a fuse problem?

@Tony Long I found out it was my aftermarket remote starter causing it not to work. I just needed to make some wires touch and it's been working fine since then
I have a japanese 2022 4R SR5 and the high beams don't work. If I flash, the xenon projectors move up and "flash" but the actual high beam light bulb doesn't turn on. Any ideas??
Push the stalk away from you towards the dash, the high beams should stay on. Hopefully this helps, thank you for watching.
@@5MinuteFixit nope, the high beams, (I believe they are 9005) aren't getting any power, I checked with a multimeter and there's no voltage. I think it's related to regulations or some bullshit like that, I had a cayenne with the same issue, i never managed to turn the high beams on the cayenne either.
2021-2022 4Runner come with LED high and low headlights. The high beam location only serves as DRL. Congrats!
@@FirewheelX damn I thought they were xenon’s didn’t know they’re leds, good to know!
The high beams bulbs don’t even work as DRL. They’re literally sitting there, doing nothing lmao😅 I think I’ll just figure someway to trigger them and have a secondary high beam
@@jauh25 yes. You can definitely wire them for secondary high beam. For DRL, make sure they’re not set to off in the vehicle lighting settings on the center console screen.
What year gen5 is this?
This is a 2014.
Any flickering with the DRL
None that I’ve noticed.
