I stand in agreement with you that it is indeed a favorite sentence. Only those who have experienced the power of the true and living God, most High know exactly what this means. Heston was about 6'3", will Brenner was 5'8". Watch thru the whole movie how Brenner stands on steps and other tricks to hide the height difference. There's a scene where Heston is bent over when Brenner enters the action. Another trick has Brenner wearing platform sandals which are not visible on camera. Once you know this, it becomes fun to watch the manipulation.
During a speech to the United Nations a few years ago, the President of Iran said the Jewish people were "uninvited guests" where the nation of Israel is today. After I heard him say that, I immediately remembered this movie and my Bible where it says God led the Jewish people to the promised land. No, they were not invited by you, Mr. President, they were invited by the Almighty.
There were many parts of The Ten Commandments I loved but this was one of my favourite parts you'll notice Moses stood next to Pharaoh with his hands together then Moses said it's with the strong hand of God we are free then Moses walked out of the palace praising God it was a great part of this Biblical Epic.
Interesting how the acting is in this movie. It’s theatrical, and that is what separates it from other movies. It makes the quotes from scripture more powerful.
I loved the lines in this part when Moses conquers he tells Ramseys it's buy the strong hand of God then Moses leaves and starts to say we are a free nation we will go with our flocks and our people we will go.
A pair of actors for the ages, Charlton Heston and Yul Brynner. Brynner played the great Hebrew leader Solomon, Ramesses in this film and the King and I all within a short time span. There's nothing wrong with either of those flicks, but Yul Brenner's performance as Ramses makes this hard to ignore as a favorite. When he flings off his ceremonial necklace and deals those lines out in staccato, "we" can't beat it.

1:14 - Yul Brynner’s acting on this scene was prefect. That act of ripping his necklace adds to the scene.
Yul is at his dramatic best here with the ripping off the necklace scene .
This scene alone won him the Academy award for best actor of 1956. He did three fabulous films that year and was the best actor that year Period!!!!!

Heston was about 6'3", will Brenner was 5'8". Watch thru the whole movie how Brenner stands on steps and other tricks to hide the height difference. There's a scene where Heston is bent over when Brenner enters the action.

Once you know this, it becomes fun to watch the manipulation.

There were many parts of The Ten Commandments I loved but this was one of my favourite parts you'll notice Moses stood next to Pharaoh with his hands together then Moses said it's with the strong hand of God we are free then Moses walked out of the palace praising God it was a great part of this Biblical Epic.

A pair of actors for the ages, Charlton Heston and Yul Brynner. Brynner played the great Hebrew leader Solomon, Ramesses in this film and the King and I all within a short time span. Later he was the focal star in the great western The Magnificent Seven. Acting came very naturally to him with a powerful physical presence that jumped off the screen. Always spot on, never over done. Heston had those same qualities and was the king of the blockbusters. He seemed to be the very face and voice of the almighty.

One positive and one negative side Moses was the prophet of God who said yes to God's command and so was the man who challenged Pharaoh and said "no" to slavery. While Moses - peace be upon him - was going to Madyan, he was tired on the road, which made his strength faint and make him tired, so he sat next to a water well resting from the trouble of traveling, and while he was resting next to the well, he noticed the presence of two girls tending sheep, and they needed to remove a large stone to water the sheep ; So Moses went to them when he felt that they needed help, and he removed the stone and watered the sheep for them The two girls returned to their father's house and told him about the magnanimity of Moses and what he had done for them. He asked one of the girls to bring Moses to him; To thank him for what he did, Moses came and told the father of the two girls his story, and the father’s answer to that was his saying as in Surat Al-Qasas (He said don't be afraid ۖ you survived You have escaped from the unjust people) One of the girls suggested to her father that he hire Musa - peace be upon him - to shepherd them the sheep after what they saw of his strength and honesty, especially after he asked the girl to walk behind him and guide him to the road instead of walking in front of him, so the father of the two girls offered to marry him to one of the two girls called Safoura And she was the one who went to him to get him, in exchange for him tending the sheep for them for eight years, so Musa accepted and stayed with him and married his daughter.

There's nothing wrong with either of those flicks, but Yul Brenner's performance as Ramses makes this hard to ignore as a favorite. When he flings off his ceremonial necklace and deals those lines out in staccato, "we" can't beat it.
