The "low" profile was tuned on an 2021 F150 with the BlueCruise 1.4 OTAs. If you don't have the OTAs, then I'm not sure how it will handle. When the truck is turned off, and within wifi range, you should be able to go into the "software" menu, click "check for updates" then choose "branch" and it will be available in the drop down. After you select it, there should be a button appear to "download"
