Philadelphia checking in that was me asking about how many handles you would get. You with another awesome donation to Buckin. You're one of the good ones brother,!! Keep up the awesome content!
Enjoyed the info and I think it's very useful. I'll be working on my first red oak logs shortly and hoping to make some handles for myself. Brian in Oregon
I have decided to put the heart wood sap wood to the test. I’m gonna put some through the paces and see what happens! I need to prove it to myself. But I’m stubborn that way!😃❤️🪓😜
ive been on both ends of handle deception lol, goin with your gut instinct and making the handle fit you instead of you fitting the handle is a garanteed better outcome than blind trust on a "great wood" handle that doesnt fit you and slapping a head on it.
I think I’ll make a video this weekend, and post it. Being a woodworker you should be able to make one. It’s a process of learning what works and what doesn’t. Then translating that flat pattern into a three dimensional handle. I think I can lay out some basics to get you moving in the right direction

@@Casterman2 Thank you
How many axe handles does the average person use in a life time? Ten to 20,000? It would seem so given the numbers made.
