Beneteau less headspace, very light and good interieur, smaller mast. cheap but mostly the smallest Jeanneau less headspace, mostly very light with special interieur. expensive with less beam Bavaria much headspace, with good quality interieur but nothing special even, but best floor option of all. cheapest 2 lines, cruiser "beauty" and c "volumen" Dufour crazy designs and expensive but why? expensive... Hansa much headspace, balsa core (more quiet and stable) and much and speacial options. best bluewater quality with all u wish as option. Bavaria and Hansa have better Systems networked where the beneteau, jeaneau, dufour are (what u don t see, dont make u...) There are less differences when u don t think about details. Espeacially u can buy a bavaria and stuck the rest of ur money in do it urself upgrades u like.
Super video, well presented. However ; 2:00 May I kindly disagree that is a safe spot? I agree, it’s common nowadays, … but in heavy seas if a wave ever comes over the boat you are screwed (even with a harness).
I’d opt for the two cabin , single heads. May I ask ? Since this is my price point ! Looking at a 2 -4 year old 12m boat for £170K ish I was planning on £15K/ annum for marinas/fuel/insurance (running costs excluding depreciation?) (U.K. and Portugal ?). am I in the correct ball park ? (Have been busy with parenting for the last 20 years !! ) it’s hard to figure
We had a look around a Hanse 348 last Saturday and it was so surprising how big that little boat was. We will be doing a test sail in 3 weeks in a Hanse 388 and will film it all on my sony (no wide-angle lenses so keep an eye out for that). hope that helps.
Check our latest video for hanse 418..we designed a bow shield for it. As well as that we designed a hard top for a HANSE 588..hope you like our designs. Great video mate!
No reason why not. BUT you need two people (both suitably trained) and you need to be the kind of person who minimises risks and is capable of good decision making skills.
Why does the presenter talk about features most boats have as unique on this Hanse?? It’s patronising and pathetic! Real Sailers aren’t that dumb! Seems he’s trying to sell the boat to newbies!
Hands down - Best sailboat review I have ever watched on RUclips.
Such great Hanse reviews! More please!
Good well presented review ,think I ll go to Germany and get one !
I like the observation about the folding prop… maybe less likely to snag lines and nets too ? I’m unsure 😐…
Great review, what are your thoughts compared
to Beneteau and Jeanneau ?
Beneteau less headspace, very light and good interieur, smaller mast. cheap but mostly the smallest

15k for a single who don t live in marina is realistic.
Good review but HATE the fisheye lens - I want to appreciate the boat's actual dimensions.

This boat is Beautiful. I wish I could afford it...

Lose that background music it’s just blocking hearing you clearly
it can be first boat ?
If you have no experience, you might be better starting with the Hanse 348, hope that helps.
No reason why not.

The ought to show the boat not the guy!

Nice review thanks but why do people choose these shitty musics? It's so irritating..
The twin rudders each size of the keel, maximise your chance of picking up a lobster pot in the U.K. …
