    Both these cause brain celll regeneration. I've had multiple strokes and take both each day, now I can walk again when befor I could barely crawl and once had aphasia and couldn't understand English. Lack a bit of seeing correctly again. Hope this helps someone. I'm 68

    For showering would a laminated chart with pics outlining steps be helpful....for example turn on water adjust temprature (picture of hot/cold taps)
    I thought of incorporating candles and music into the chart so she spends enough time just getting wet....(enjoy scents and music while the water hits your body)
    Get hair wet/wash (picture of woman shampooing hair)
    Im sure you see where my mind is going....any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated:)

    My father 95 years. Has got dimensia. It aggrevtes at night.
    He wants to put off clothes. Why.
