Agreed but offset by the constant changes in focal length of the visuals. The ‘new’ Routemaster is a novelty shape, like an Edwardian vision of the future.
Only us born in London know this and are of a certain age that the Old London Transport use to run Green Country Buses in to the Home Counties. The Original Routemaster was In Red in London but Green in the Countys Surrounding London.
Around about 1970 London Transport's country area buses and Green Line coaches were split off to form London Country Bus Services who I believe were headquartered at Reigate Garage.
I’m also working on a game on roblox that you board a route master and you can’t leave. If you open the doors and try to get out the bus will continue the journey without you.
London buses have always been and should always be red. Green buses used to be London country or green line which served the outer suburbs and home counties. Whoever thought this up needs sacking.
I would like to see the cream stripe on the red buses, and the London Transport transfers on the side. It would break up the continuous red colour. (For all London buses, not just the new Routemasters.)
Complimenti bellissimo video io ho fatto dei modellini in scala se ti va di vederli su RUclips antonello vicino autobus di tutto il mondo se ti va puoi farlo girare ad altri colleghi grazie
NOT fit for purpose, looking at it from the front it looks like it's had a stroke. I have been a coach and bus builder for over 40 years . the company I worked for built the Primo single deck Bus what a white elephant that was. Today they now build the single and double deck enviros some all electric. The design is far better than the Boris bus new routemaster
This bus is not a Routemaster new or otherwise and has little in common with the classic bus introduced in 1954 to replace the trolleybus. The Routemaster bus is a type of bus designed by AEC, Park Royal and LT. It had a AV590/690 or Leyland 0600 engine at the front and Wilson gear box attached to a monocoque body with half cab and rear entrance /exit. Variations included RML, RMC and RCL and ran through 6 decades. These ugly monsters are already out of date with full electric buses now available.
Why have they STILL got that horrible window on the off side that follows the stairs and cuts in to the middle bodywork stopping any of the T shape adverts? They look awful, what’s the reason for them?
I love all busses what ever colour or size it's a surprise
I love the music you put in the video it is so calm and peaceful😊😊😊

Very nice looking bus.😊

The routemasters (originals) looked great in green.

Before the RM, the country area RTs and the RF single Deckers were also painted green rather than red
I really like that Green colour with the Cream strip! 😀👍
DoubleDeckerAnton I like your channel I’m a fan

I was in London last week the Routemasters are still in these liveries. Great video
A lot of the old 60's and 70's city corporation transport buses had a green and cream livery, for some strange reason ...... Aberdeen especially.
London buses are red. Aberdeen buses are green and cream, great, let's keep it that way.
It’s what I love about my home city ... vibrant, ever changing, and full of surprises.

Yes agree
It's only one green bus out of thousands of reds

Thanks for highlighting that for me.
I think it looks cool how you can see people walking up. I think it's a great feature and I like the RTs and RMs.
0 me
I am not a fan of any new London Buses.
Probably costa fortune to design this and then put the stickers on
Older DD buses had better design, l don't like these new routemasters
