GTA games were always great at theme songs. GTA IV's "The Soviet Connection" has a great dramatic feeling just like the game itself and it catches the dark and gritty tone of the game.

Different universe. Obviously you want to create the best map you can. Not just copy on old one made for obsolete technology. Also both claudes are basically the same character in a different universe.

Rockstar really does love playing around with the fans. Creating universes logic, though it doesn’t change the fact that the storyline aligns well.
