I think at one point he was doing something weird with getting 4 set-ups working, but I don't think he got that far because of GPU limitations or something. I haven't watched the VOD yet, just some longer clips.

A Stream key is a long string of numbers and letters that you use to authenticate/start streams on Twitch. You generate the key on your Twitch account and then on your broadcast software you enter the key (copy and paste really) and that lets you stream to your channel.
