From Now On is the second single from Supertramp's 1977 album Even In The Quietest Moments, composed by Rick Davies, but credited to both Davies and fellow band member Rodger Hodgson. It did not reach the charts as it was overshadowed by hits such as Give A Little Bit and Fool's Overture.
I have worked on this cover for quite some time, since I wanted to resemble the song as best as I could. This is the result. As with all my piano covers, the colours are based on the album cover.

I remember Learning Supertramp songs with your channel back in 2021, wish i could relive that year
How awesome to hear you enjoyed our videos! :) ^K
This is a fantastic piano cover! I've needed this for a while! Could you maybe do Supertramp - Lover boy?
I’m so humbled by this! Yes, will put it on the list. It will probably take some time tho, thanks for waiting :)) ^K
Sounds great! I am looking forward to play it entirely.
Woukd you mind transcibing "Even in a quietest moment".
Thanks a lot, I will certainly have a look at it! ^K
Even In The Quietest Moments was written and played on a 12 string acoustic guitar. It's in the key of G. It wouldn't sound right being played on a keyboard.
Wow great playing I saw in the comments that you play by ear.
Great stuff and thanks 😎
Thank you for your kind comment Claude, it means a lot! ^K
how about Eric Carmen - Never Gonna Fall in Love Again ? that would be nice
I don’t know the song, listening to it as we speak!
It sounds doable, but I don’t know if it will be a very interesting one. I will certainly give it a shot!
@@PressKey2 that would be great ty
Excellent lesson! I can’t believe I can play it now! Thank you so much. Have you done the effervescent piano solo in “School” or tried “Ever Open Door”? But, the one I am most dying for, the one that defines Supertramp for me is “Just Another Nervous Wreck”. I can’t find anything on it. If you can play this life changing song for me I would be forever grateful. I couldn’t repay you in a lifetime.
Thanks so much for your amazing comment, it really means the world to me. Unfortunately we both have a hand injury which means we can only play very little piano. I’ll put them on my list though, thanks for the suggestions! Keeping an eye out on our channel would be awesome already :) ^K
It's great! Do you have the sheet music for this?
Thanks a bunch, Oscar! Unfortunately I don’t have any sheet music for it, as I have played it by ear. There are some patterns that, if you can recognize them, make the learning a lot easier. Good luck and I hope you enjoy it! ^K
Rudy por favor
Not exactly what I expected from studio version, ok
Where is the blue note? left hand??
Generally the left (two) notes are for the left hand. Good luck practicing and enjoy playing :) ^K
