Everyone saying the RPF1s look great. They do. But what specs are they and the tire sizes are you running. And if you are running extended wheel studs and the rear spacer. 🙏
just seeing if AWE's Touring on the the GRC sounds different than my WRX. Noise floor is elevated and loudest under load (+ boost). at cruising speed (- boost) it sort of disappears into the background road/wind noise
@@JoeyD215Philly ... I'm running the Touring on a '19 WRX. now keep in mind, the Touring mufflers for the STi were different (slightly larger) than the ones on the wrx. the big thing with my (reonated) touring system is it leaks at all (4) of the clamped slip joints. even redoing them, adding a thin smear of antiseize and rwtightening the clamps, I still get water and soot weeping out of the joint. yes it's under the car but it's still an exhaust leak in my book
The cruising sound is there for sure, you definitely know you have an exhaust installed. It’s crazy how loud it sounds in the interior compared to a drive by 😂
@@bryota_gr not at all. It sounds so good like I said it definitely sounds like you have an exhaust installed on your car for sure that’s because the Corolla doesn’t have too much insulation from the factory.
depending on the tire you are using, the Touring may just blend in to the tire/wind noise at steady cruising speed. the extra noise comes when you get on it and put the engine under load. It's definitely "very adult-like" in it's performance... versus loud all the time like a rebellious youth
Thanks, they are Enkei RPF1's with a 18x9.5+38 offset. Also running front and rear wheel spacers. Tire size is 265/35/18 Continental Extreme Contact's DWS06
In the beginning when braking the exhaust it did sound a bit loud in the cabin. Now it’s perfect though, just need to brake it in and get some dirt/debris to build up on the exterior haha.
Downpipe in some cases, muffler, delete straight pipe, but technically those popping sounds is not good for the engine don’t quote me it’s just with a lot of car people and mechanics tells me
Those RFP1s look great on this car.
Thank you 🙏🏻
any color except black. black wheels have no personality and only appear as just dark circles
That fitment is perfect
Thank you 🙏🏻
Awesome. Btw…..Can u give us some details on the foot well lighting?
This is a kit I got from Amazon for like $15 lol. I installed the wiring and hide real good and looks oem 😬
PERFECT SOUND

If you see the comments I did mention the specs. Tomorrow I will be posting all my mods I have done too.

Are you running the touring or track for the WRX ?

How's the cruising sound? Nothing too loud or annoying? Thank you for the video.

These motors are rowdy as is. I don’t have anything other than the exhaust installed lol.
You are just hearing the rev limiter.
