My company is based in some villages in North Dorset, and we are losing so much money as well.... about to be in debt -_- I have been trying to merge 2 routes into 1 and reduce number of routes. But still.... not helping the finances at all.
Ye, if you don't do stuff right, no subsidies can ruin you
@@zuboat And also I am based in villages, which makes it even harder.... Now I understand why Dorset council cut a ton of Damory routes back in 2017.
Honestly i think mmcs as a first bus was not worth. U could've also just brought second hand buses instead of the evoras . And you will be surprised quite alot off mmcs are already been second or third hand
