In fact, a neighbor of us gave us a PC (we didn’t have enough money to buy one, so back then and now: thank you 🙏 ) and it had installed BFD. It was my third PC game (after Hearth of the Darkness and Claw 2)
I was recently thinking about this game and couldn’t remember the title. Just looked it up and the artwork from the game case brought back so many memories!
Something yall didn't mention was that the magic of pegasus game, the 3 musketeers game, the barbie diaries game, and the swan lake game were also movie tie-in games. And there was another barbie rapunzel game called rapunzel: a creative adventure, that tied into the movie from 2002. From what I remember, the goal was fix the castle up and decorate it, (through more mini games) and find the prince near the end of the game. And there was a barbie princess bride game where you helped barbie prepare for her wedding. I'm a barbie game fanatic, so I collect and play every barbie game I can get ahold of. I absolutely love wild horse rescue, secret agent, team gymnastics, sparkling ice show and one you didn't have on here, idesign ultimate stylist. Those are probably my top favorites of the ones I own so far. I've got my eye on princess and the pauper, magic of pegasus, generation girl gotta groove, story maker, mermaid adventure, and sleeping beauty. Those look like they'll become favorites of mine as well.
i’ve been searching for a game i vaguely remember where ur barbie like on a safari and another one where u throw a tea party and like decorate cookies i remember them so vividly
You missed Barbie as Rapunzel: A Creative Adventure for PC (based on the film released 2002), as it looks almost identical to Swan Lake, I'm guessing its number 2 also. Sorry that was one of my favourtie Barbie games.
I'm very glad Barbie Horse Adventures: Mystery Ride is on top of the list. That game was me and my sister's jam when we were kids. I replayed it a few years back and it still has that charm but since my sister and I also used our fantasy to make up stories while playing instead of just playing the game as intented, it felt shorter when I replayed it XD
My little sister used to run from the room screaming from Barbie Detective Carnival because of the “shadowy figure” who used to appear when you were on the right path 😂😂 My brother and I tortured her with it for years. Who knew it was a actually a horror game?
Hey that game used to scare me so bad when I was tiny. Especially when you were on the carousel and the shadowy figure just came out of nowhere. Good to know I wasn’t alone. 😂
I actually think the shadowy figure was genius for a villain avatar as it looked like the figure on those stranger danger signs around every neighborhood in the United States!
As someone who was once a little girl, I have to disagree/agree with a few rankings (though poor memory and nostalgia may be clouding my views). Barbie fashion show (earlier version) had an incredible sound track and I wanted to be a designer growing up so I loved it. 12 dancing princesses on GBA was fun with a good story different from what was described if I remember correctly. It was one of the few GBA games I had that was a good amount of challenging: not frustratingly hard like the Mario game I had, not boringly easy like the gameshow/boardgame adaptations. Barbie secret agent was the first video game I ever played that felt like a proper video game rather than a mashup of minigames. Many hours spent with my friend role playing while playing the actual game. Princess and Pauper was also super fun with good music and unique minigames. Those are the only on the list that I played and I'm pretty tempted now to ask my mom if we still have the CDs so I can give them a whirl again.
Barbie Mystery of the Carnival Caper was criminally low. It's music alone should put it in the top ten. Played the crap out of it with my sister as a kid.
As someone who was a kid at the time I can wholeheartedly say that both myself and my older sisters were all obsessed with the Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses game for the PC and I´m also certain we were not the only ones. If the target audience likes it, is it really a bad game? 🤔
I can't believe that the barbie sport game was right above 12 Dance Princess. Like you can't hate on the graphics for that game and then show THAT monstrosity right after.
"The witch curses the prince to wander and never find again were hes previously been" as someone with adhd its a bit scary how much i can relate to that.
There is definitely a barbie wedding princess bride game y'all missed that I played religiously as a kid. Yes, you do give barbie a wedding makeover, but there is also like a minigame delivering invitations to forest animals, a wishing well minigame where you have to throw coins into a fountain, you bake a cake, and create wedding music for a band. Barbie secret agent was definitely my fave growing up, but its a shame to not see this other game on the list. Vaguely I also remember that my sister had a barbie and the dancing princesses DDR mat thing that connected to the tv which I don't think was listed here either.
The whole time I was watching and remembering the games I owned I was wondering where this game was, and as the video was nearing the top I was like "surely it can't be this high??" Haha I did love it, but I would have expected it to be towards the middle of the pack, since I think I liked all the other Barbie games I owned more.
I’ll never forget, my cousin played the Barbie horse game religiously. Can’t remember the name(I’m sure it’ll pop up in this video) but that game was her “Ocarina of Time” and for that, it gets my #1 Edit: Horse Rescue for Xbox in 2003
I played the hell out of it. That and the Shrek 2 game took up all of my free time. I was homeschooled till highschool so I would wake up early, get all my work done and then play Barbie for hours on hours. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
When I played The Sims for the first time I though “wow! This is exactly as the Barbie games” I admire the character customization, we didn’t had something similar (with the patterns over clothes) until Sims 3 😮
You forgot the extremely complex Working Woman Barbie. 😂😂😂 You get dressed for work, go to work (I think Barbie is a fashion magazine editor?), then you go home and get dressed for your date with Ken. That's it. That's the game. 1999, PC. 😅
As someone who watched nearly every Barbie movie (falling smack in the middle of the Barbie lover/horse girl Venn diagram), some of these games deserve a higher spot. Even if they didn’t have the best game play, they had some serious fan service- though I love his humor, it sounds there were some of these that he didn’t realize were based on movies (like the Pegasus game, Swan Lake, and puppy rescue). I guess you can’t expect critics to always watch the movie and comment on this aspect 🤷🏾♀️
Barbie: Pet Rescue was one of my favorite games to play as a little kid! I'm surprised to see that the graphics of the animals are still as cute as I remember.
@kflores4338 yeah I also remember something about the hamster being able to move through the different rooms of the pet rescue center with its tubes, I always thought that was so fun.
The writing, and the delivery in this video were superb. Didn't honestly think I'd enjoy a one hour video about Barbie games but here we are! Loved it 🤣
Barbie Horse Adventures Wild Horse Rescue is the best game ever lmao. I just have so many good memories with it. It made me fall in love with video games and I think back on that time fondly 💜
That is my absolute favorite barbie ps2 game. I have played it so many times over the years, especially when I was laid up after a car wreck a few years ago. It's one of the few games I can spend hours on and not get frustrated or bored with it💜💜💜
I owned numbers 18, 16, and 3 from this list. Apparently, I was a little girl of some taste in Barbie games. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them, especially the GBA version of 3. I think it was one of my first platformers.
Barbie horse adventures: riding camp was everything to me when I was younger. I didn’t care that I wasn’t doing any quests, I just loved riding around in such a big open world on a horse. And then of course when I was a middle schooler I found Star Stable and I think I saw that the developers there worked on barbie horse adventures before sso.
Don't you dare disrespect the princess and the pauper and the magic of the pegasus games ever again, those were the absolute top tier games I've spent countless hours of my childhood with
I honestly gotta comment on that critique about Barbie and the 12 princesses, because that was an adult judging how good the game is for children to solve. I've played it as a child with my younger sibling and it made a lot of fun to beat the challenging parts. It wasn't that easy, but it sounds a bit exagerate to in the critique. It actually can let children feel frustrated, but on the other hand, it's way more rewarding and not letting children experience frustration sounds a bit odd to me. But the monkey is the reason I despise primates overall. That thing is the worst
There was another movie tie in you missed. Barbie Rapunzel a creative adventure. Also Barbie fashion show the original would be higher on that list in my nostalgic mind I spent HOURS playing that as a child the soundtrack, the themes, the hairstyles and unlockables were everything
There's also the game Barbie as Rapunzel: A Creative Adventure that I've only played once at a former friend's place, but I still remembered it many years later. Unfortunately I never got to play it again.
How is little girls enjoying dress up, make up, and having a date with a boy sexist? These are all common interests and parts of a young girls life. Barbie had many careers, interests, friends, and hobbies. Idk I loved everything Barbie as a young girl. It’s not sexist to enjoy pretty things and aspire to love, it’s human 🤷♀️
Now that we've had a Barbie games list, how long do I have to wait for an Oppenheimer list?! (in my head canon, Oppenheimer is Dr. Light, so maybe Megaman)
I think I have to point out an error on your list; there's TWO Barbie Rapunzel games- Magic Fairy Tales: Barbie as Rapunzel, and Barbie as Rapunzel: A Creative Adventure. I can't vouch for the second one (obviously people seemed to like it), but the first one definitely doesn't deserve such a high spot on the list. >.> We owned both Magic Fairy Tales: Barbie as Rapunzel and Barbie as Sleeping Beauty. Just to be sure my memories were correct, I went back and played both games. ;;>.> MFT Barbie Rapunzel may have slightly more conventionally animated characters, but the in-between animations are often kinda ugly, and the story is super short. Sure, the magic mirror does a good job being grumpy and disillusioned, but he only has a few lines so there's not really enough there to get too attached. Sure Rapunzel goes off on a journey, and does grand heroic things like... sort treasure, walk through a garden maze, decorate a cake, and color-match a few dresses. The biggest problem I have with Barbie Rapunzel is that there is absolutely no creativity to the games. Cake decorating? Basically just fill in the predetermined blanks with the predetermined decorations. Dress-up? Again, the outfits are already fully designed, just mix and match the very few options. Furthermore, each "game" is entirely self-contained; you enter a different screen to play it, then when you leave you never see it referenced again. Also, the story select screen doesn't assume the player has completed any of the story before that point, so if you want the fancy cake topper to go on the wedding cake you have to start on the far side of the river and do those mini-games first, which is annoying if you just want to decorate pre-designed cakes. In contrast, (in Barbie Sleeping Beauty) while Princess Rose's resting face is... not super attractive (in my opinion), the entire aesthetic of the game is much more cohesive and beautiful. The scene select is a cross-section of the castle, and you pick the room where that part of the story took place; a charming touch. The story is still relatively short, but the games (waking up the woodland creatures by playing Simon Says with the flute notes, decorating the crown, picking the color of the dress, finding the fairies, cutting the thorns to connect a path to the castle) are all seamlessly woven into the story and thus much more engaging. There's even a baby's-first-boss-fight against the bad fairy! And Princess Rose is the one who goes to fight her! Also, the dress and crown combo you design are featured in the ending scene of the story, which is a great touch. Overall, I think Barbie Sleeping Beauty is still a fun little game that I could still see kids enjoying even whereas Barbie Rapunzel, while passable the first time through, just barely scrapes along based on the merit of having a few vaguely amusing side-characters (including a bird named Twitter). For what it's worth, I'd give Barbie Sleeping Beauty a 7/10, and Barbie Rapunzel 3/10.
I like how even though they like to moan and groan whenever a game is a movie tie-in, there are a few they would just not moan about. It's also funny that they complain when the tie-ins are usually better than the average fare
This video made me realize just how many barbie games I played as a kid. Some of these I was like, I didn't play this, and then the gameplay video I was like, wait, I definitely did. Though not barbie, barbieish "Kelly's Pet Parade" I remember playing a lot as well. My sister and I know the entire theme song by heart. "Sparkles fly, light up the sky." etc. But overall, the horse adventure games were my favorite.
the pc version of barbie pet rescue was my absolute favorite and i wish i could play it again for nostalgia. but as a kid, the challenge of detective carnival game was what kept me coming back lol and the riding club was AMAZING.
I am an old person by any gamer standards at 46 BUT I'm so glad you guys mentioned the Commodore 64 version. Also thank you for putting it first (or better last) so my soul could feel content of this and skip the rest of the video. No offense. Brilliant.
There's a couple Wii Barbie games that should be in the top part of the list here. Another horse games, and a sidescroller. Most Barbie games are ignored by mainstream critics and there are a lot more than this.
A few sugestions for the ranked series: Final fantasy Pokemon Indiana Jones X-men or marvel Lord of the rings Fifa or other sports time franchise for april fools Pokemon Disney games
My younger sister had the Genie Barbie ( 23:54 ), granted i think she got it before the PC game was made in 2000, and i think there was a Little Mermaid Barbie and like 2 or 3 others that she got growing up, there was a rather Large storage tub of clothing and accessories though. 😄👍
One game you forgot to mention was Talk With Me Barbie. A PC game that came with a physical doll that opened her mouth and talked to you while you played. The game itself was just mini games, but the doll was really innovatiove at the time. It connected a toy to a game way before Spyro or Disney Infinity did it. The fact that Rapunzel, Riding Club, Generation Girl, and Secret Agent were so high up made me happy, they were my absolute favorite Barbie games growing up. I really hated Barbie Sleeping Beauty, because it was actually a sequel to Barbie Rapunzel and was such a downgrade when compared to it
Maybe we're thinking of different Barbie as Sleeping Beauty games? Because the one I just downloaded and played still holds up fairly well as a stand-alone short and sweet kids game. Also, I assume you're talking about the 2002 Barbie as Rapunzel game and not the 1997 one, right? Because the 1997 game is definitely not as good.
I played the PS2 version of Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses yesterday. It was as painful as it was fun, in the so awful I'm having fun because I'm a masochist way. Man, it could have been a childhood favorite of many if the gameplay was reworked into something playable (controlling Barbie/Genevieve is a mix of 3D and tank controls, and some parts of the floor don't have collision), because visually it's all that young me would have adored.
ive actually been searching for the secret agent barbie game for just under a decade... i remembered watching a lets play of it as a very small child and tried to find it a few years later but could not find ANYTHING... it got to the point i convinced myself it has just been a dream or i made up the game or something.. thank you SO much for making this and proving that it was actually real!! im so happy right now :D
Look, 99% of these guys's lives revolves around silly video game nonsense, but they're going to let you know they're still very serious and moral people who care a lot about the latest fashionable social causes they don't have to sacrifice anything to support.
I remember my cousin stealing my Barbie Fashion Show game and then she lied about it being ”gone”. I never found it again and I was devastated, couldn’t find it anywhere to purchase either. It was one of my absolute favorite Barbie games along with Barbie the Princess and the Pauper, Swan Lake and Rapunzel.
this list is soo nostalgic, with so many games i've played: 15:53 - unjustifiably low, super fun creativity game, i've spent so much hours in it 27:51 - it was never my favorite one, but some parts of it are pretty entertaining, like sand castles and waterskiing 36:09 - i found it to be a bit hard as a kid, but still 40:30 - it was pretty hard for me as a kid on a hard level, as an adult tho even on a hard level it was super easy, but fun, i liked the music and the glowing ice and the pretty dresses... and barbie talks so much! 43:42 - super beautiful and fun game, i remember the seahorse parts quite well 50:20 - my friend had it, not me, so i don't remember it well, but it was partially present in my life, i remember liking it 52:55 - ooooohhhh yeeeaaaah, it was my favorite game, it's super fun i love how most games i've played are pretty up high, most likely because my dad, who downloaded them for me, tried the and picked the most fun ones i would enjoy (i know he made at least one fashion show and showed it to me to pique my interest in the game), but who knows, i doubt even he remembers, it's been almost twenty years after all i know dress up games didn't count but i really liked barbie beauty boutique, the 2003 game that had very limited clothing options and annoying controls in the nails part, but surprisingly versatile hair and makeup options also you forgot another barbie rapunzel game, the 2002 one that's pretty relaxing and creativity based also i'm surprised you didn't count in the my scene games like... they have barbie in them, why not?
23:22 In Barbie Groovy Games, that's a clone of a board game called Quarto, it's a brilliant and deeply tactical game - the board game made an appearance in Star Trek: Voyager. For that alone, it really should be the top of the list, but I suspect reviewers dismissed it as a throwaway game without realising how well thought out it really is (plus it really needs to be played with another player).
I used to play the pet rescue game on pc sooooo much! I also played Super Sports, Princess and the Pauper, and Detective Barbie: Carnival Caper. Also had Barbie Film Maker, and two different Barbie makeover games!
I can't believe you have 12 Dancing Princesses below Race & Ride and Super Sports! The Ps2 version is no good, but it is definitely better than those 2 games. I'm kind of sad that ive played enough Barbie games to have an opinion on this video...
So happy they put the 2013 barbie life in the dream house game it's my childhood show 25:20 so to me this game is 10/10 for my childhood and that still Raquelle of one of my favorites and lokey me and my friends should play this with the Wii we have
Just love how Ben has to remind the viewer that he's being sarcastic with his generalizations of girls - because there are insane @ssholes that will take his jokes seriously
My eldest daughter got quite a bit of mileage out of your #1 entry. She was a proper horse fan as a youngster. We even bought her a horse. She gave up on any thoughts of taking up horse riding seriously when it threw her for the first time. We gave the horse away to a friend of the family. Stupid animals in my own personal opinion as an ex regular at football matches where the idiot creatures used to be stand on my feet on a regular basis. She got over Barbie horse games the first time she saw me playing Oblivion. Spent many happy weeks riding horses around Tamriel. (and killing many also, riding them off cliff faces. lol)
But I want an over 2 hours long video covering every single barbie video games! They must be almost 100 of them! At least I have something I could listen to when studying and drawing the whole day of one unfortunate tortured soul describing every single Barbie video game in the existence!
I actually made a list some time ago of every barbie game ever made, (excluding mobile games) and there are 76 different titles, but since gameplay varies some depending on which version of the game you get, like how the ps2 version of 12 dancing princesses is slightly different from the ds version, I would say that it's probably a safe bet that there is over 100 different barbie games. I don't own them all or every version of each of them either, so I can't say for sure how many of them are different. I would love to be able to own and play them all one day, but some of them are quite expensive 😂😭🥴 Edit: I just came across another video where someone DID compile EVERY SINGLE barbie game EVER into one list, and they included the mobile games, flash games, and the specialized handheld games that were usually in cute shapes, like a compact or a heart, and only could play the game that was pre programmed to it. And they included the my scene games too. So their video is an hour and 13 minutes long and has 117 games on it. The channel is called Teal's tales if you want to find it. 😊
Even though I'm a boy, at least when I was a kid I played 2 Barbie games on PS2, lol. 😂 What I play is Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses and Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Rescue.
Way too low for gba 12 Dancing Princesses in my opinion, I remember the game fondly and thought the pixel art was cute. And where’s the other Rapunzel game where you have to fix up the castle and rescue the prince from stone??
I voiced Barbie in the Universal/Vivendi games in the early 2000s. One of my favorite gigs, and the nostalgia is REAL now that Barbie is coming to the big screen! *edited to early 2000s. It's been so long, and I've had a pretty long career, I couldn't remember exactly when I recorded. 🤣🤣
What a cool job!
That's Awesome 😃
How dare triple jump not heart this comment. Those frigid limeys!
So, how do you feel about the criticism?
Barbie Riding Club was my LIFE, I would play it over and over again

Well, I’d say there were plenty of them😂❤

None of mine were 'real games' enough to make the vid, except team gymnastics. Erasure, ignorance, rudeness
Bruh that game was my JAM
I continue to find downloads for this game to replay 😭
I replayed this today and still enjoyed it. Would totally deserve a second or third place in my own ranking

Barbie Mystery of the Carnival Caper was criminally low. It's music alone should put it in the top ten. Played the crap out of it with my sister as a kid.
yeah! that and it doubles as a CD! it played on my blu ray player actually
You missed the movie based Repunzel game. That was such a good game. Plus Barbie as Princess Bride. I played that so many times!!!
As someone who was a kid at the time I can wholeheartedly say that both myself and my older sisters were all obsessed with the Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses game for the PC and I´m also certain we were not the only ones. If the target audience likes it, is it really a bad game? 🤔
Yeah same here! We all loved that game at home.
its easily in the top 10 for me when i heard him ranking it so low i got so pissed
Me and my sister loved both games. Played them multiple times and even replayed them as teenagers. I was shocked that it was ranked so bad
I can't believe that the barbie sport game was right above 12 Dance Princess. Like you can't hate on the graphics for that game and then show THAT monstrosity right after.

I played the hell out of it. That and the Shrek 2 game took up all of my free time. I was homeschooled till highschool so I would wake up early, get all my work done and then play Barbie for hours on hours. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
I remember Barbie Horse Adventures being a solid game and would recommend it to someone, who's kid likes horses.
it was my FAV
there were also 2 unreleased games for SNES / Mega Drive called “Barbie: Super Model” and “Barbie: Vacation Adventure”.
Some of these titles make me think that the game developers on various occasions were just like “What are we doing here man?”
When I played The Sims for the first time I though “wow! This is exactly as the Barbie games”
I admire the character customization, we didn’t had something similar (with the patterns over clothes) until Sims 3 😮

Here’s hoping for a video like this on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video games. Quite a variety to select from there.
Good shout.
Don't worry, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge will be number 1.
Probably when the new movie comes out
@@StudioInkblot Makes sense, actually. Gotta take advantage of that algorithmic synergy!

Every time a ranked video from Triple Jump comes out, it gives me a whole new reasons to breathe, ranked worst to best.
I've been trying to find both Barbie Explorer and Carnival Caper for YEARS, thank you very much
Putting the 12 dancing princesses game so low is a crime
Barbie Horse Adventures Wild Horse Rescue is the best game ever lmao. I just have so many good memories with it. It made me fall in love with video games and I think back on that time fondly 💜
so true, it should've been way higher
@@BekahStogner absolutely agreed. Made me really wanna play it again honestly 😭 I miss my ps2
Barbie Explorer was an amazing game back in the day
It was a budget Crash Bandicoot and I loved it
I’m pleasantly surprised and amused by how entertaining the GBA Secret Agent Barbie looked to me 💀
I would love to see the Mary Kate and Ashley games ranked. They’re all so bizarre
"Blowing things to make a pearl necklace" Thanks for the giggles
I WAS GONNA BE SO MAD IF PRINCESS AND THE PAUPER WAS RANKED LOW LETS GOOO
Missed opportunity at the end of the Fashion Pack section to say it could “pack up and leave”
Now you HAVE to do all the Bratz games!!
Gonna be honest, didn’t expect to learn that Barbie has a real name today. Color me officially surprised.
I believe she's named after the creators daughter :)
barbie super model not being anywhere on this list is a crime against humanity
Don't you dare disrespect the princess and the pauper and the magic of the pegasus games ever again, those were the absolute top tier games I've spent countless hours of my childhood with
The absolute betrayal at Princess in the Pauper's spot. I was ROOTING FOR YOU TO WIN
I was not expecting Groom and Glam Pups to be the second lowest. I really loved that game! Well, I was 10 so...
The way this just unlocked a forgotten core memory 😭omgg
Looking forward to all Oppenheimer games ranked
That’s how you know Barbie is more explosive
There was another movie tie in you missed. Barbie Rapunzel a creative adventure.
Also Barbie fashion show the original would be higher on that list in my nostalgic mind I spent HOURS playing that as a child the soundtrack, the themes, the hairstyles and unlockables were everything
God, I loved so many of these games as a kid. I spent hours playing Generation Girls, Riding Club, Pet Rescue, & Sparkling Ice Show.
I can't vouch for the second one (obviously people seemed to like it), but the first one definitely doesn't deserve such a high spot on the list. >.>
We owned both Magic Fairy Tales: Barbie as Rapunzel and Barbie as Sleeping Beauty.
TBH, if a game doesn't have a dress-up portion these days, I see it as a miss. Fashion Souls changed my life.
Am I the only one, who is still amazed by Barbie 12 Dancing Princesses ?(
I like how even though they like to moan and groan whenever a game is a movie tie-in, there are a few they would just not moan about.
Pumped at how many movie tie-in games were featured. I remember playing the Island Princess game on my friend's wii to death
the pc version of barbie pet rescue was my absolute favorite and i wish i could play it again for nostalgia. but as a kid, the challenge of detective carnival game was what kept me coming back lol and the riding club was AMAZING.
I am an old person by any gamer standards at 46 BUT I'm so glad you guys mentioned the Commodore 64 version. Also thank you for putting it first (or better last) so my soul could feel content of this and skip the rest of the video. No offense. Brilliant.
Me to played it way to much as a kid
There's a couple Wii Barbie games that should be in the top part of the list here. Another horse games, and a sidescroller. Most Barbie games are ignored by mainstream critics and there are a lot more than this.
Detective barbie carnival scared me as a kid I played over and over but man was I scared
A few sugestions for the ranked series:
Final fantasy
Pokemon
Indiana Jones
X-men or marvel
Lord of the rings
Fifa or other sports time franchise for april fools
Pokemon
Disney games
My younger sister had the Genie Barbie ( 23:54 ), granted i think she got it before the PC game was made in 2000, and i think there was a Little Mermaid Barbie and like 2 or 3 others that she got growing up, there was a rather Large storage tub of clothing and accessories though.
😄👍
*WHAT* a video to get on my day off 💗😸💗
The one I remember playing all the time was the Barbie Princess Bride PC game and ESPECIALLY the cake making and sailing mini games
THIS WAS THE ONE I WAS WAITING FOR
One game you forgot to mention was Talk With Me Barbie.
I have such fond memories of my sister and me playing magic fairytales: Barbie as Rapunzel on my late grandpa's computer when I was little!
Where was barbie story maker I wouldn’t consider that one a dress up game as it has you make movies and scenes
Can we please get every N64 game ranked worst to best? I’ve been waiting 2 years for it.
Holy shit The 12 Dancing Princesses game should NOT have been that low. Yikes man.
YIKES THIS LIST KEEPS GETTING WORSE
Gaslight, gatekeep, gamegirl.
barbie mermaid adventure was my JAM
A childhood friend had the Rapunzel one
I had the 12 Dancing Princesses game on the PS2. I actually enjoyed it quite a bit as a kid, although I do agree it was difficult at times.
I'm 19 but I still play it in my pc sometimes 😂😂
ive actually been searching for the secret agent barbie game for just under a decade... i remembered watching a lets play of it as a very small child and tried to find it a few years later but could not find ANYTHING... it got to the point i convinced myself it has just been a dream or i made up the game or something.. thank you SO much for making this and proving that it was actually real!! im so happy right now :D
you're SO right for putting mystery ride at number one, but i firmly believe wild horse rescue should've been number two 😂
I would actually place wild horse rescue above mystery ride, but yes they're both excellent barbie games🥰
Wasn't fashion and stuff on brand for Barbie? Why all the pearl clutching about that being part of some of the games?
Look, 99% of these guys's lives revolves around silly video game nonsense, but they're going to let you know they're still very serious and moral people who care a lot about the latest fashionable social causes they don't have to sacrifice anything to support.
This is exactly what I was thinking. She’s literally a fashion doll, why are they sneering that the games include fashion?
I remember my cousin stealing my Barbie Fashion Show game and then she lied about it being ”gone”. I never found it again and I was devastated, couldn’t find it anywhere to purchase either. It was one of my absolute favorite Barbie games along with Barbie the Princess and the Pauper, Swan Lake and Rapunzel.
this list is soo nostalgic, with so many games i've played:
15:53 - unjustifiably low, super fun creativity game, i've spent so much hours in it
27:51 - it was never my favorite one, but some parts of it are pretty entertaining, like sand castles and waterskiing
36:09 - i found it to be a bit hard as a kid, but still
40:30 - it was pretty hard for me as a kid on a hard level, as an adult tho even on a hard level it was super easy, but fun, i liked the music and the glowing ice and the pretty dresses... and barbie talks so much!
43:42 - super beautiful and fun game, i remember the seahorse parts quite well
50:20 - my friend had it, not me, so i don't remember it well, but it was partially present in my life, i remember liking it
52:55 - ooooohhhh yeeeaaaah, it was my favorite game, it's super fun
i love how most games i've played are pretty up high, most likely because my dad, who downloaded them for me, tried the and picked the most fun ones i would enjoy (i know he made at least one fashion show and showed it to me to pique my interest in the game), but who knows, i doubt even he remembers, it's been almost twenty years after all
i know dress up games didn't count but i really liked barbie beauty boutique, the 2003 game that had very limited clothing options and annoying controls in the nails part, but surprisingly versatile hair and makeup options
also you forgot another barbie rapunzel game, the 2002 one that's pretty relaxing and creativity based
also i'm surprised you didn't count in the my scene games like... they have barbie in them, why not?
Why did they stop making Barbie Games? The latest one has potential. It just lacked a storyline.
OH YEAH, HERE WE GO, BARBIE TIME!!!
So happy they put the 2013 barbie life in the dream house game it's my childhood show 25:20 so to me this game is 10/10 for my childhood and that still Raquelle of one of my favorites and lokey me and my friends should play this with the Wii we have
Nice video! ❤
I do remember enjoying Vacation 2 and having to help my sisters with it.
Just love how Ben has to remind the viewer that he's being sarcastic with his generalizations of girls - because there are insane @ssholes that will take his jokes seriously
Or don’t understand British sarcastic humor.
15:53 how dare you!
(and killing many also, riding them off cliff faces. lol)
This is Barbie Storymaker erasure
I would love to be able to own and play them all one day, but some of them are quite expensive 😂😭🥴
Edit: I just came across another video where someone DID compile EVERY SINGLE barbie game EVER into one list, and they included the mobile games, flash games, and the specialized handheld games that were usually in cute shapes, like a compact or a heart, and only could play the game that was pre programmed to it. And they included the my scene games too. So their video is an hour and 13 minutes long and has 117 games on it. The channel is called Teal's tales if you want to find it. 😊
Even though I'm a boy, at least when I was a kid I played 2 Barbie games on PS2, lol. 😂
What I play is Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses and Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Rescue.
Way too low for gba 12 Dancing Princesses in my opinion, I remember the game fondly and thought the pixel art was cute.
And where’s the other Rapunzel game where you have to fix up the castle and rescue the prince from stone??
Wow, so crazy they made such a list.
"Fancy lighthouse"
Sure, let's go with that.
What the world needs now is love sweet love - Norman Bates
Okay but Barbie Fashion Show and 12 Dancing Princesses (GBA) were my shit as a kid
43:48 - I really thought you were going to say "from secret agent to sea crustacean"
Gotta get my daughter one of those Barbo dolls.
