Tiger Lily is the island girl Flowerbomb. Any patchouli in it like the original would have ruined the coconut and mango. I love that one and that they went in another direction.
I never smelled any of the Flowerbombs but I got a sample of Tigerlily and I loved loved loooooooved it! ❤ Fresh and light, not overwhelming, sweet and fruity, I bought a 90 ml bottle right away. 😃
Jamie, I just love your enthusiasm, that's how I feel about perfume, too! I finally drove the hour to an Ulta this week, and I had already sprayed Libré Intense on one arm and La Vie Iris Absolu on the other, so I couldn't really smell anything else on me at that point, but I remembered that you said you liked the Ruby Orchid and I do, too! They didn't have the Nectar tester out, but if it was like getting smacked with a refrigerator, I'll pass! 😂❤
I remember when the original Flowerbomb came out and although very pretty I couldn’t stand to smell it cause at the time everyone and their mother was wearing it and it’s such a strong scent… now decades later I have revisited this line and some of the flankers and I finally appreciate it since it’s not as used at the moment. Sounds strange I’m sure. I have the original & ruby orchid, would like to get my hands on Tigerlily and Midnight but I think the last one was discontinued. Jamie, if you ever get the chance can you do a video on some over hyped perfumes that you once stayed away from but now like? Designer perfumed that aren’t so mainstream at the moment. Forgotten oldies but goodies.
I completely understand what you mean. Sometimes there are perfumes that we don’t like, but then maybe overtime the way we smell them changes and we end up loving them🤓 that’s a great video idea! I really enjoy smelling the Flowerbomb original and the flowerbomb nectar on other people. But I prefer to wear the Tiger lily and ruby orchid on myself🤓🤓🤓
I am so intrigued by the FLOWERBOMB line. I love the way all of them smell, just for some reason I have issues with the longevity and projection on some of them
I definitely feel like the Ruby orchid I don’t get much longevity. But with Tigerlily, I’m getting moderate longevity, which isn’t great but not terrible. I like to pair it up with Yara Tous for a creamier sweeter touch, and it helps the perfume stay on longer🤓🤓🤓🤓 I will say I absolutely love the bottles of the flowerbomb collection. They look so pretty.😋😋😋

Your videos are fun, refreshing and descriptive! I haven’t tried Tiger Lily one yet, but I am looking forward to it after hearing your take on it. It sound like it might be perfect for Spring/Summer. I have never thought of comparing the original FB to Si, but it does make sense in many ways. Both have patchouli and rose and are very rich, inviting warm fragrances. I actually prefer FB to Si. At times I could not tell the difference between FB and La Vie Est Belle. I currently own FB and used to have the Nectar version but let it go. That one was a bit too much for me. I am currently on the Alien Goddess Supra Florale kick. I purchased 1 Oz of it for the end of winter, soon to be Spring season. Wonder if Tiger Lily might be similar to Alien Goddess at all. 🌺🌹🌸

I’m still not sure how I feel about the original FB but I think with time I might learn to really enjoy it😋😋😋 I really love Tigerlily and I think it’s perfect for spring and going into summer but I could definitely see it not being for everyone. I think FB is more suitable for colder weather due to the sweetness and patchouli, but then the OG one could be good for any weather maybe. They came up with so many flankers lately, why not go for Ruby Orchid or Tigerlily instead of the OG. It depends on the personal preference.
Hi Jamie! I have the original, Ruby Orchid, and a travel spray of Flowerbomb Nectar. I'm actually not interested in Tiger Lily. I'm not a fan of anything tropical, or even tropical leaning. I don't have the original Sí. I have the '21 Intense, so I can't make comparisons. So far my slow buy is going well this year. I only bought the Yum Pistachio dupe from Paris Corner. 😁😁

Tiger Lily is a true departure from the OG! It’s so beast mode! I find it to be really close to La vie est belle Soleil Crystal. I love the OG but I’m not sure I’ll buy this one… I think it might be too heavy for summer, for me anyway.
Yes, in my opinion, I feel like the OG is a bit too much for summer but I know a lot of people use it as a signature scent. I have the original and love ruby orchid. I just tried tiger lilly in Sephora and like it but don’t think I will be getting the full bottle. I need to limit my purchases as I have way too much in my collection and need to use up what I have first and this is a like but not a love

I don’t get the comparisons to the Si line at all. With the exception of Si Fiori, I don’t like that Si line at all, and I love most of the Flowerbombs. I will say that most of the FBs have “seasons,” and when worn or sampled at the wrong time of year they don’t have the same appeal.
The flowerbomb original and the flowerbomb nectar remind me of the si original, si intense 2021 and the si intense 2023 mixed together🤓🤓🤓🤓 there’s a lot of similar notes going on and they seem to all have that beast mode strong, aromatic, and syrupy sweetness going on. I do enjoy the si line and the flowerbomb line but they really aren’t perfumes I’m gonna gravitate towards on a regular basis however I’ll have to try them out in different seasons like you said and maybe one will become a love at first sniff.🤓🤓🤓🤓 thank you for sharing🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Yes, I feel like Tigerlily borderlines on that soapy clean vibe but I think the mango helps pull it back in so it doesn’t become too soapy and gives it a little bit of tropical sweetness🤓🤓🤓🤓

I’m so glad that you were able to test some things out🤓🤓🤓 nectar was definitely very cold and metallic but just at first. The dry down wasn’t bad😋🤣🤣

The original has my skin picking up an amber note that’s not listed. I have it, but it smells better on other people.

I bought original and Ruby a few days ago. Good, but extremely ordinary. Nothing special. I love patchouli. But this is extremely common.
