Great Video!! The elaborate drills are great, but basic fundamentals are what should be consistently worked. This is simple and to the point, a great drill to demonstrate the advantages of getting to the target sooner.

Over that distance , you’d use a short burst side shuffle . If you want to practice sticking and twisting into a box , you should be coming in on a run IMO.

tipp from sports scinece: start with just the steps and do it slow. dutch should only do 3 movements before shooting. left step, right step with turning and aiming, left foot to shooting stance. make these steps 10 times without pulling the trigger to create muscle memory (you dont have to think = no slowing down).then try the whole excercise. repeat this process to eliminate bad habbits.

I really feel like it would of been a lot more beneficial to slow role and dry fire a few reps prior. Then slowly speed up. Every time I've tried to learn anything relating to speed and go at it like this, the small basic things get clumsy or not as precise. You mentioned the footwork, and you'll notice he's different everytime. (Fair warning, I'm an internet idiot though.) I really enjoyed the video though brother, thank you.
