Well I know part time picker guy is getting a divorce. Thought it was odd homeschool picker hubby letting wife go out of state with part time picker and philly flipper. Sad

@flippin Missouri What's sad is your attitude. For one, I don't need permission from ANYONE to do ANYTHING. If YOU can't trust YOUR spouse to be around the opposite sex, that's a YOU problem. Second, his name is Matt! Third, if you knew the reasons behind my divorce you would be celebrating with me, not criticizing what you don't know or can't understand.
I've never commented on anything but reading these comments I find it odd that people actually think they have a right to comment on peoples personal lives as if their opinion matters? Her marriage is nobodys business but hers and her family's . She's sharing her content regarding flipping not relationships. Nobody knows what happens in a relationship but those directly involved. Just remember that your comments can be hurtful and it's just insane that you even think you have any idea what's really going on in a strangers life Enough to comment!

I love how fun the people are at a lot of the garage sales you go to. Especially the elderly when they tell stories. If only the young generation knew the knowledge they could gain by just listening

I am a 69 year old woman who truly Enjoys your channel. I was truly sad to hear about your marriage but I myself went through the same thing and raise my 2 daughters on my own.

My husband went to University of Kentucky Law School. I came down to Lexington once with him to stay with friends and LOVED it. Hoping to come again! I love all the UK stuff you find!! We have quite a few pieces at home, but nothing as cool as you find at the yard sales.
You're in John's "Cincinnati Picker" territory, no wonder you couldn't find anything. 😂😂 But for real, I'm glad you show the downside as well. I get discouraged so easily when I can't find anything right away. Seems like every time I'm about to give up, I find something really awesome.

Hey Kayla ❤ I wanted to tell you that little Calico kitty you picked up I have a few of them & I have one that has realistic breathing movements. So the easiest way to know is to touch the tummy & it’s a different less firm feel 😉 & takes batteries but yeah some of them “breathe”
The pampered chef apple corer is great! I have a15 + yr old one and it has retained its shape and “sharpness “ thru 3 kids and a hubby and still going strong! Lol

Awesome love your videos. Keep it up. I had and estate sale on my block 2 doors down and I knew the guy running it as I always go to his estate sales. So I had a yard sale the same days because free foot traffic. I did well at my yard sale

Kayla once again love the content. Also would like to say you are the main reason that I finally decided to give reselling a real try. I used to think it was all BS lol I watched YT resellers for years and just didn't believe you could really make any kind of real income doin it (obviously I was wrong lol) but I ran across your channel after watch The Commonwealth Picker and seeing you do vids with him and the Trash 2 Cash gang and I noticed you was from Danville, me being from just up the road (Stanford) I said what the heck let's give it a go and I am loving it. Still super part time (still working my 9-5 and also taking care of my grandmother) so I do what I can when I can but it is fun and I've made a little change so far. Anyways just wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration to get me started and showing that It is possible even if you live in middle of nowhere Kentucky 😆

I have one of the Pampered Chef bowls. It is designed to be used as a double boiler pan. I use mine for puddings etc…. That was an awesome buy!

I have a suggestion for you next time there's only a few games left in the box go ahead and purchase all of them because you know you'll get your money back on one or the other it balances out and you wouldn't have left the $400 one behind. just an afterthought of mine you're the best keep it up. I'm not a reseller, but I think one line that I would use with the go-pro is "sometimes I like to revisit garage sales, so the go-pro helps me remember which sale has the piece that I want to revisit."
You are absolutely right about the GoPro. I actually first started wearing mine in Walmart and people would give me crazy looks. Eventually I just got used to it and it doesn’t even phase me anymore. What is still weird is holding it up and recording myself talking to the camera in public.

Kayla... forgive me if this has been asked and answered but I've just begun watching your videos and it's curious to me that you guys never haggle. I've been yard saling and having sales for 35+ years. I've been reselling in some form or fashion for at least 25. While sourcing at yard sales and flea markets, I've always haggled. Obviously if things are RIDICULOUSLY cheap, I don't, but on the higher priced items, I generally did and still do.
