There should be transparency in all process for general public, as per Govt norm they have already fixed the amount for all process, but due to under the table formalities good things is not happening... Yes. Those who are taking bribe never realise that this is going to be curse on them and their families. I gave bribe 12000/- for getting patta name transfer work to manimangalam vo two years back. After troubling me fir one year he did my job inspite of taking under table. Even today I pray God that he and his family should suffer. My stomach is burning. These corrupted people will not have peaceful life at the end of their living

Simple answer to all per sqft 100 rs for commercial. 30-40 for residential approval

My house is located in Chennai Copn limit located abutting 65 ft road. Planning construct permissible level of floors with 3 bed room flats above the existing building which is 26 yrs old spreading 1357 sq. ft area. Pl advise the following:

2. Whether construction above existing bulds is permisdble?
3. How many floors will be allowed to construct.

Builder also will keep some cost know for getting the approoval.
The builder will not take into account the expense of obtaining approval. The expense of obtaining building plan approval will only be retained by the building plan approval consultant.

Bro, you said front side 10 feet and other three sides 5 feet space to be left open, is there any building in any city is constructed in that manner. In cities buying a 600 sqft place is a herculion task for any ordinary person , how it possible to get approval for such plot.
