such a beast sad that his carrer ended the way it did no one knows what he could have done if he stayed a bit longer definently the most consistent player of 2000-5 together with heaton
Bit of a late response. But HeatoN wrote a lot about Potti in his self biography. He explains that SK Gaming fucked them over, didnt give them the prize money they were promised and so on. The whole SK team from 2004 left the organisation and HeatoN decided to resurrect NiP. Potti had lost all his motivation to compete after the SK incident and temporarily retired from CS, but was still observing the new NiP line-up forming in early 2005 with Hyper, ahl, vilden and SpawN around HeatoN. The team didnt have much success, and in the meantime HeatoN was going through a rough period in his life. He states in the book that he was often in a bad mood, would complain at his teammates and forgot things, had a hard time focusing and so on. As a result, the entire 4 man line-up around him decided to leave the organisation. HeatoN was now standing all alone with the newly resurrected NiP. During the months Potti had been off the game, he had secretly practiced and was getting a lot of motivation to start competing again. So he joined HeatoN once again and formed the new NiP with zet, ins and walle. It became clear though that he didnt have the same drive as back in 2001-2004 though. It was easy to notice that he didnt enjoy traveling as much anymore and this obviously resulted the whole team. Eventually he would take a step down. He wanted to open his own restaurant and also wanted to start competing in Poker. He was replaced by walle and the team once again found a lot of success. I think Potti was done with competing deep down. He had achieved what he wanted, had nothing left to win really, and he also had a girlfriend and other things in life that was taking up space. Eventually he just had to move on. He was also getting pretty old (in CS standards) and for the team to perform as high as possible he probably also understood himself that he had to take a step back to let someone else in.
I am surprised they aren't spamming more as CUts. You can spam the walls in site A and by fence from basically the start of the round and hit the Terrorists for a substantial amount of damage regardless of which way they go. The Terrorists should have a hard time getting anywhere without getting spammed. A lot. Weird stuff. You would expect it from what are supposed to be the world's top teams. Decent cal-o teams would even spam.
good old days :(

Old beatiful days
Not the HD models D:
Just kidding. Sick video though, wish CS was like this again.
CZ models you mean.
The word ''nerd'' is not an insult today. Gaming is such a big thing now so it is not offensive to get called nerd anymore.
