my cousin recently went to this place and found the same ribbon and tent that u guys ran away from and Elton was right
he went under the ribbon and went to the tent inside the tent was a suicide note, it was Japanese writing and he only understood 3 things "goodbye" " I love you" and "dolls".He kept going and found the man hanging from a tree...
He felt unsafe,he had a map an marked a river on it,he followed the map to the river and found over 15 baby dolls nailed by there head to trees surrounding the river.
He followed his markers back to his car and left.

At the time, I didn't know who was who, but I was intrigued enough to watch more TFIL videos, which led me to Eltons channel, then the Sam and Colby, Sams channel, Your channel, Corey, Corey and Devyn, Aaaron, Brennen, Jake and now I'm aware of Jay Walker's channel. All your videos have either terrified me or had me on the floor an inch from death laughing my head off. I've been able to learn about each and every one of you. I tried yesterday going in a forest with a friend and tried lights off i didnt see shit and i had to turn on the lights to feel safer. They have my biggest respects

Thank you Elton for stopping Colby and making everyone realize that they could have come across something that would have left a traumatic impact on them. As someone who saw a loved one die in a semi peaceful way, death is death, and watching it happen will forever stay in your memory. Now we wait till the video on TFIL goes up to see what else happen that night.
You're completely right, yes it may have been traumatic too see a dead body, but they maybe could've saved someones life.
savannah Rodriguez a tent can mean anything. i believe that camping is allowed in the area so it could have been a camper, someone contemplating the worst, like you said, or could have been left behind from previous days. The thought of Colby actually finding someone alive and saving them sounds great, that would have been amazing. But the government does patrol the place and talk to anyone they find alive and question them and convince them to leave. How often? Who knows but going off the path could have had any outcome for these guys. My relief is that they didn't just go forward blindly and someone stopped to think before proceeding.

I work with deceased people (I clean them, make them look nice and put them in their coffin) and I have no problems with it emotionally while my sister can't even listen to me about it without getting upset. Aliza Marcono because this is a bigger quantity and a bigger deal, they joke around when there isn't actual bodies involved. This place, isn't even fully explored. The Japanese government hasn't found all the bodies, they haven't gone through the full forest, so they have a great chance of being fucked up in the mind by seeing a dead body. That messes with your mind, and this forest has no cell reception and it fucks with the magnitude that compasses use, so you have no way of knowing where your going other than marking your way. This place is such a bigger deal than suicide bridge.

Probably because it would be disrespectful to keep making jokes about a place where so many people have died. Also, unlike the suicide bridge, the primary reason people go there to kill themselves, not just to spend the night. Also there is a clear amd safe way to get out of the bridge but it is very dangerous to get lost in that forest especially.

I deal with chronic depression, I get these suicidal thoughts very unprovoked a lot and I ignore them, and when they get to much I have an anchor. Most people don't have an anchor like a friend, pet, parent, or anything to fish them from these thoughts. I am very fortunate to have my friend when I need him...
It is sad, but its not just bullying that leads people to commit suicide. Its the overwhelming sadness that dives these thoughts and that comes from bullying, abusive parents, a lot of deaths in their life, or just plain out of the blue depression. I wish people don't kill themselves, because they believe its the only way out, but in reality it isn't. Its very sad and I have delt with suicide with family and with friends, its hard actually.
I hope the souls of the ones who killed themselves are in a much better place as well.

When I was little I lived in Japan and me and my family went to go visit the 青木ヶ原 and my friend got lost no one ever found her 3 years later we went back to give her flowers. You should NEVER walk off of the trail because there is a 99% chance that u will never get back and if u get lost the forest messes with your head. That is why they call it the sea of trees. Realistically, it's probably in the thousands over the last 100 years alone. A lot of people go in there and are never found - including their remains.
The audio disturbances they were having is likely due to the highly magnetised ground there - electronics/phones/gps none of it works very well there for a reason. That component isn't actually paranormal it's just due to it being right at the base of Mt Fuji (a dormant volcano).
Even though I'm a skeptic, I do think it's a genuinely dangerous and creepy place though.
