I actually relate to this video, I have a 390 adventure (mine is standard factory so no upgrades) and this is similar to my everyday commute to work. Gravel, mud, water, some tarmac and then wildlife. Puts a smile on my face every time. It is a great bike for this, the only downside as one of the comments mentioned is a bit of rattling and gearbox can be smoother - functions way smoother on higher refs. Great video made me smile. 👌
Its only due to the engine not getting enough fuel in the lower rpms to pass the emissions test .Get an autotuner like RapidBike. Even though its expensive, your bike will be transformed in the lower lesser shifting due to more power being made in the lower rpms, gearshifts in the lower rpms will be better and almost as good as the higher rpms,. Or just get a remap if you want to do it the cheaper way. But the rapidbike will keep on optimizing the far to your atmospheric conditions and the mods on your bike. no need to get it remapped if you put an exhaust or an airbox/filter mod.
Ok KTM I have a few direct questions too you. Are the new spoked wheels tubeless or are they just the previously available tubed ones that were in your power parts catalogue? Are they available to fit onto my existing 390 adventure and also will they be available in Australia?
Much awaited update from KTM..but the main question is about the wheels..is it comes with tube type spoke rims as an option or tubeless spoke rims..?? That's the most highlighting point of 2023 model..
@@Brut_77 sadly in this class there aren't any except for RE Himmy and it's 25'ish hp, until you hit dual-sport bikes like the DRZ, KLX, and CRF. The G310GS, Versys-X 300, CB500x - they're all 19" also.

Just test drove this 5 hours ago! Engine superb, acceleration superb, gearbox okayish (while downshifting using clutch it felt like a kick), brakes are good (but made noise a lot), quality wasnt good, lots of rattling sound.
My 390 adventure shuts down when I pull the clutch while breaking and the bike stalls at lower speeds. This is a known issue by KTM is what I heard. Can this be fixed?
I have been waiting since 2014 for that..but they are not launching any big bikes in India anytime soon..Even if they did, it will be a 690 platform which Is made by CF moto in China and will be imported to here by SKD route...🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
The 390 it's better in pavement than in off road. Suspensions have short travel, wheels are small, you don't fell 100% confident with tose coats for my opinion.
Depends on the market. EU markets will get adjustable suspension but QS will be add on while India specific models will get QS as standard and no option for adjustable front forks.
In Australia I had to pay extra for the quickshifter+ unlock. I find It's really useful when standing as pulling the clutch would put your hand at a uncomfortable angle.
This is the best version of ktm adventure . Dont change it ever and never

Unfortunately, the reported fixes are many. Valves, a tune, adding a fuel tuner. For me it was the valves being out of spec. - Frank
