Namaskaram Mami, Useful homemade dish washing liquid with lemon peels which we throw away as waste & clearly showed us how to prepare & clean mud to brass vessels perfectly. 👌👏👍🙏What brush or scrubber u used to clean the vessels? We can use soap nuts & grind it instead of detergents or liquid cleaners which has chemicals. Where did u bought the Thalippu karandi?

Will it be useful for roasting like sepankizanghu roast, kathrika vathakal, or it could be used for making only gravies and kootu. Am postponing My purchase on this with doubts around my mind

Very good idea madam. But I would like to tell U one thing that as U r adding chemical based dish wash liquid , it's not advisable to use for earthenware as the mud has tendency to absorb whatever put in it.

நான் இதை சில வருடங்களாக செய்து வருகிறேன் மேடம். எலுமிச்சையோடு கொஞசம் ஆரஞ்சு பழத்தோலும் சேர்த்து வேக வைத்தால் வாசம் இன்னும் நன்றாக இருக்கும்.
Dishwashing liquidக்கு பதில், பூந்திக்காய் பொடி சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம், அல்லது சீயக்காய் பொடி சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.
ஆரஞ்சு பழத்தோல், எலுமிச்சை, லெமன் இவற்றை வெயிலில் காய வைத்து தண்ணீர் விடாமல் அரைத்து 'scouring powder' வீட்டிலேயே செய்யலாம்.
