Parting is such a boss. Top tier SC2 player, top of Stormgate ladder, top tier Battle Aces player.
Absolutely! No arguments from me here! I found every game vs him to be a great one, wish I could've shared more from this beta, if I play him in Early Access I will post those games for sure.
@@primescoutSG It's pretty good bragging rights for you to have fended off his very powerful cheese too. I am not familiar enough with Stormgate to make the greatest calls, but I would have basically guaranteed you were dead there. Basically sacrificing all your workers as well as refunding structures is a hard call to make, but it worked.
@@sihTdaeRtnaCuoY Thanks! I felt really good coming out of the wins I got off him (even though it was inly 5 or 6 total), especially if they were macro games, wish I could've shared more games, I for sure will in EA if I match with him.
This was what finally killed Jagged Maws time on the ladder. As a random player, I was glad to see it gone.
Ya it was due for a rework, especially after celestial came out and this rush was possible. I believe the map will be changed up drastically and put back in during EA, but that's just my speculation because they showed the fog of war cosmetic shader on jagged maw.
That race seems kinda broken if you can just rush like that every game. They can send units to attack your workers before you even make one unit wtf. The margin of error seems so low for the defender.
It was almost impossible to hold these rushes with Vanguard and I tried to help several of the top infernal players find a solution for them to defend, but we couldn't. This map was removed soon after we gave feedback because the rush distance is so close by air and so broken. For other maps, the arc-ship dosent arrive until 4-5min in, at which point you have a lot of units to help defend.
