- With our Off-Roading and Green Laning journey ongoing, it was a matter of time before we got called out! A full day at Rothwell is now on the cards to see if our Touareg can defeat a Purple Jimny! We accept the challenge! Video dropping very soon... But first we need to fix the Touareg!
In the meantime we decided to give the V10 yet another upgrade... BIGGER Tyres!! As well as sort the propshaft problem out from the last we went Green Laning.

The V10 is getting to be a serious rig
Should do a video on proper driving position, where to put steering wheel/seat position and track tips/ general car setup for good handling
You should buy a Land Rover if you want to discover the true meaning of off road. They spend more time on a ramp than on the road. I love what you do keep doing it.
Don't people swap BMW diesels into them because the original engine is dogshit?
Land Rovers are off roaded more than Touaregs. And if you ask me they are equal off road
As standard they are not equal at all

Loving the Touareg. Just purchased a V10 myself in need of some work but hopefully it’ll last till winter time ready for some off road fun.

You could give the Q7 that Touareg treatment. Would make an amazing rig.
Q7 has different drivetrain.. not good for offroading
@@HarduroSK they offroad the 4L Q7 quite often in ZA.

surely adding spacers onto the driveshafts will make the things worse, as youre shortening the overall length between the two flanges, making the angle that bit more severe. can only try it though.

Where can you get propshaft bearings/bushes for a t5.1? Mine feel really sloppy, was expecting them to be tightish

Good luck with the challenge. Think you will need to redesign the suspension and beef up the drive shafts. If you keep going big on the green lanes and How much money you put in to this project. You could have built one, by making a bolt on chassis with full suspension and drive tain. Would have gave you the body lift. Look forward to the next videos on this beast.

one has 10 cylinders .. one has 4 cylinders , i'm sure you can work out the rest
