I still contend that this was the best, most well-rounded, most artistically spectacular men's long program from the start of the IJS until 2012 (when Patrick Chan started off a new era at Canadian nationals)
The music is so glorious...........saint-saens the master.........this first movement of his organ concerto skated by jeremy abbott.....was simply magnificent.
That last footwork sequence gives me chills. The music was glorious the skating equally glorious!! I'm so thrilled for Jeremy. I hope he does even better in Vancouver!!!
Such a shame that Jeremy rarely performed well at the world level (outside of US Nationals). This program was better than Lysacek's (who got Olympic gold) on every level.
The foundation that his previous coach, Peggy Behr, gave this young man is what every coach should do- teach the fundamentals well. Yes, Tom has done a great job but for Peggy to hand him over to Tom says a lot about a coach who sees the potential in the skater. Jeremy has maintained the balancing act of artistry and jumps just like those before him: Rosalyn Sumners, Paul Wiley, Brian Boitano, Michelle Kwan, the list goes on.
I would have liked this program to win 2010 Olympic Men's gold. Jeremy is by far the more talented and well-rounded skater than Plushenko and Lysacek. This is also a reason why I don't care about medals much. It's not usually the most talented skaters who win, but the skaters with the most mental game.
We love you too, Jeremy ❤️❤️

ONe of the best performances I've seen.
Plus, Jeremy seems to "get" music better than almost any other skater I've ever seen. Only Michelle Kwan has interpreted music as brilliantly.

Imagine if he managed to produce this in Vancouver and won Gold? I would love it and instead we got Evan Lysacek 😑
The quality of this video is so amazing, so does his skating.:)
I gotta say, was looking for these online to watch and ran across this and was like WOW he is so good, awsome!
beautiful and amazing performance .
He in one of the BEST skaters. This program was incredible! I wish he could have done this good in Olympics.
Beautiful magical performance 👏👏
he is just awesome. can't wait to watch him at nationals this year.
I wish he did this in vancouver and shut pluschenko up!
What a performance.
내가 제일 좋아하는 남자선수 ^^
I'm in love.
Magnificent effort
Jeremy deserved the Gold in Vancouver!
My favorite FP
he is one of the best skater
This man needs to be a world/Olympic champion... he's too good and has WAY too much talent not to be.
His best ever!
He is way better than Evan. Look at his edges, posture, the height of his 3A and quad.
The best skater in the world!
とても美しいです

Absolutely agree.
❤
@ShamusMacGuffin Because when he was skating in the Olympics the ice looked soooo wet you could almost swim in it.
just sensational

bosssssss
the sounded like they were going to wet themselves when he did the triple axel combination.
n_n oh and he has a new fan!
@RubikCuber1 Does really wet ice cause a skater to fall?
No, absolutely not. Being off balance causes a skater to fall.
@elzbieta52 no, but if you do fall, you get soaking wet. it sucks
@elzbieta52 ?
