CRÊPES IN FIORE 🌻 Zucchini and Ricotta 🥒 easy and scenographic recipe

Today I show you how to make very easy and very scenic crepes, they look like paintings! We use seasonal courgette flowers to make crêpes that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! Delicate also in taste, stuffed with Zucchini, Ricotta and smoked Scamorza!

2 eggs
100 g Flour
200 g Water
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
8-10 Pumpkin Flowers
3 Zucchini
300 g Ricotta
Bechamel
50 g smoked scamorza
Parmesan cheese
