- Anne Hathaway recalls her early audition days back in the 2000’s when she was asked to make out with different guys to test for chemistry on-screen. In her interview for V Magazine, the actress says now we live in a “very different time and now we know better.” As a producer on her upcoming film ‘The Idea of You’ she says she was mindful of that in order to find the right match.

She also had the option to not make out with ten guys. Her choice.
Did she? Maybe. But if she wanted to work, what women were forced to believe was reasonable, was the only choice given. Don't be obtuse. It's embarrassing.
@connielabo689 I'm sure any good lawyer would say the same. Only a truly pathetic person would claim they had no choice. There is always a choice. The choice just isn't what she wanted. She wanted fame and fortune behind door number two. I'm sure you can find an excuse for any behavior, but no choice? That's lame.
