This is another kind of Halve not the saseme one. It's delicious too 😋 especially in the winter ❤ because it's very warm and cosy. One of my childhood favourites. Still make it from time to time.
In india we make flour halwa and laddoos ( balls ). We use pure homemade ghee, dry fruits and many other ingredients like cardamom sweet amber ( gond ). Sweet amber is used in laddoos. Almost 10 to 15 ingredients are used in making laddoos. Laddoos are prepared mostly in winter season.
First of all, welcome to my channel It's nice that flour halva is made in India. made with Indian spices I'm curious about Ladoo, I'll try it after doing some research.
First of all, welcome to my channel, thank you for your valuable comments. I don't know which city you are in, but our food is good, I guess you also cook very good food, good luck to you. 🤗✅
There are many different kind of helvas, this one is "un helvası". The receipe seems quite simple but not really everyone can handle to cook the good ones. Weird but this kind of helva is mostly cooking for funeral syromonies. :) "I will eat your helva" means "you gonna die and i will eat your helva" in Turkish. Probably we got this food from Arabs, Jews or Syriac people.
First of all, welcome and thank you for your valuable comments. Yes, there are various halva recipes. You are right, halva is usually prepared for funerals, but it used to be called that. Now I think everyone should make this halva whenever they want and definitely try it. By the way, yes, it is not usually made because it is a recipe that requires some patience. But I thought the most important thing was to make a recipe that worked hard and eat it with pleasure. You can make a difference in your home by doing this. Thanks again 🇹🇷

The Republic of Türkiye has a history of 101 years, I wrote this to inform you. Also, this recipe is the easiest recipe to make with flour and sugar and you can make it too, but that doesn't mean it's yours.
Anyone can make this recipe, no problem, but the preparation and ingredients may vary. For example, can we say that anyone can make bread and it is not yours?
