Thank you for posting. I never thought of voltage dropping pins 30 and 87. If I am not mistaken, that would check the contacts inside the relay for burning or pitting, for a bad contact electrical connection, is that right?
It got really bad, was diagnosed 12 years ago, but I could deal with it no big deal, 7 months ago it got bad, started loosing sleep, super painful at night unless I walked around the house. Unfortunately I waited to long and the compressive neuropathy and atrophy of the nerve set in. It's been over 2 weeks for right hand still no feeling in pointer or middle finger.
Great work, Brian!

That's right , internal to the relay
@@BrianMann216 Thank you so much, Hope your hands are feeling better!
Is it the same relay on 2011 Dodge Journey 3.6L? I have P0688 and P0706 as well, check the fuses, and they seem fine
The relay jumper tool how do you know what pin is what? Are they labeled? Or just have to poke around to find the pin your looking for?
Labled
Question is how bad is carpo tunnel?

@@BrianMann216 The pointer is related to the middle and it's because you used the middle finger too much in the past. lol😅
