Iowa 80 looks nothing like that in real life. It's way more interesting than a big empty lot and fuel islands.
At Iowa 80 truck stop they do have muffins the truck museum is cool I drive trucks for a living been there many.times I drive a kenworth k 100

Denver isn't horribly off honestly....But Iowa and I80 NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO ACCURATE
That's because iowa in the game has no buildings neither does iowa city or any other place in iowa the only places in iowa that have buildings are walcot and de moines

As far as the accuracy of the simulator they have a long way to go, the truck stop is much bigger & impressive in person. The trucking museum is a must! Not so many trees, not enough corn. Still really cool & a long way from the video games i played 20 years ago. Keep an eye out for those green pickle swift drivers.🥒🇺🇸☘️

It’s a user-made map, not part of the real game. That said, I wish the truck stops in the developer’s official releases could be a lot busier.

I have the coast to coast map but the iowa 80 is not in mine I think the reason is because I have some legit paid for map dlc and I got texas oklahoma idaho utah and kansas for free from someone who provided the files I'm able to play on these maps but it doesn't show that I actually have them in my steam library

It looks nowhere near the real Iowa 80, not talking about just the empty parking lot, but the layout isn't even correct
If I'm being honest with you the mod that Jeff Favignano showed for Texas was no where near close to the real thing. And technically Alaska has the most lakes with 3,197.

Boy who ever created this mod really didn’t put any effort into making it look realistic they just slapped building and logos in area and called it I80. This looks nothing like the I80. Terrible mod.
Agreed, C2C is one of the most low-effort maps i've ever seen.
It's ment to give you more map to play on some people may not have good enough computers to make it high quality like scs does it does get boring playing on the scs maps just be thankful someone is giving you the chance to drive farther on the map
