    So the pain is not always what we should chase!! So how does one release the fascia? Same thing as what we would do for muscle release? Self myofascial release with a foam roller or ball? Or do we release the fascia with specific movements? Or hold a ball at a specific point and force the lever into positions it’s not used to to break apart adhesions in the fascia? Hmmmm thank you Dana
