      This is still an open question, so far we don't know if the perfect play by white can always lead to a win , or drow, due to high number of combinations , but from unknown rated - or not rated chess player he confidently says
      "its always a drow"😂

      @@enpassantcheckmate no, its not certain, since the white starts first, this give very little advantage, although its not proven yet if the white can always win or drow by perfect play, this one of the oldest and famous open question in game theory, we cant solve it by the current computers due to the very high number of combinations in the game, but since the number of combination is a finite , this problem will be solved sooner or later, by supercomputer chess engine

      Many people believe that there is a forced checkmate from the very beginning of the game for white due to its first move advantage. And no matter how black plays, there is a way for white to win. There is no evidence or mathematical proof, but we can see that more people win their games with white than black.

    Never knew moves made to result in a draw (despite having advantage) would be shown as "great" or "brilliant".

      A brilliant move is a really good sacrifice that can be the the best move but doesn't have to be a best move. A great move is the only good move in a position or a hard to find move that isn't necessarily the best.

      @@danielchmielewski8568 black didn't have an advantage, he was holding on for a draw. In that position sacrificing the rook is the only (I think) move that keeps the position drawn for black, hence why it is brilliant

      @@daesmua -In the uk, 1ms is equal to 1/10th of a second but in the us, 1ms is equal to 1/1000th of a second-

      ​@enpassantcheckmate no it's not. A millisecond is a thousands of a second regardless of where you are. 1/100 of a second is a santisesond. 1/10 is a decisecond. If I'm not right, give me a source

      1 second
      1 decisecond = 1/10th of a sec
      1 centisecond = 1/100th
      1 millisecond = 1/1000th
      1 microsecond = 1/1,000,000th
      1 nanosecond = 1/1,000,000,000th
      etc.
      Some people wrongly say 1 millisecond when they actually mean decisecond or centisecond. Now you know.

    If it’s stockfish vs stockfish why isn’t every move the best move? Like which engine is evaluating these moves? Or does the evaluating stockfish have a deeper depth? Also 11/10 music choice

      Engine that does the evaluating is a weaker form of stockfish

      The engine evaluating gets far longer time to evaluate it, The entire game was played in a 100 ms format (Ultrabullet on crack). The multipv thing just means that it uses max engine lines, usually stockfish uses a method to select which lines is better to evaluate.

      The same engine doesn't play always the same move after a certain amount of time. There are things like "hash tables" which contain a small random component.

    its come to this.... getting 3800 elo 2024AD engines to behave like 2300 elo engines from the mid 1990s... otherwise they draw 1000s of games even when dodgy openings are forced.

    How much time did you give them, how much memory and processor cores have you allocated for calculating moves? And did you use a fast version of stockfish or a slow one?

      I am not sure if droidfish comes with stockfish but you can download stockfish externally at stockfishchess.org/download

      the eval bar is using Stockfish.js 16.1 (cause that is what chess.com uses)

      @@giovannifrrri5495 My guess is that because Stockfish ran at 100ms, it makes it so that moves aren't calculated that deep. If you want it to run deeper, then you'd have to make it run longer, which is how the eval bar was caluclated

      first, genius is a move classification, it is brilliant, second, there isn't a great or brilliant move for every single move, lastly, the analysis and the playing engines are different and have different hardware and time
