So the first thing to build is the Garrison for 2 reasons: 1) free troops; 2) the AI will attack you with fewer troops because they don't see the garrison. Hey, man! Two episodes within one day, good Lord! You seem to have returned for good... It's nice that you started a campaign in v5, though you should be in league, AsheronL and Izzy with the Vale of Anduin, you and Mith with Lorien... And all four in exactly the same battlefield! Good to see this, my friend! Well, after seeing the episodes from Mith, I can say that you were more successful, despite the little setback with Edraicharn. I was sure, though, that you would find a good way to exchange it and you finally got it. It's a Castle, which is very important for you, because, as you already know, it will be your main recruitment hub for the war against Dol Guldur, as it is very close to the front. Haldir and the army you get to him will be in a very good position to hit against Dol Guldur itself, though you need to be careful with this, as the armies the Orcs have are way bigger than what you have right now. You haven't seen the main generals from Dol Guldur yet, so better keep a small basket. You are doing well to keep an eye on your infrastructure, which is very good - you are among the players I trust in this matter - and soon you will overcome the financial problems you will have right now. The Goblin attack was expected and more will come, so you'd better keep a garrison in Erui. Also, you need a force in Limhir, which will get attacked by Isenguard, if Rohan doesn't steamroll Saruman... I am sorry to tell you this, but there won't be a story, at least for now in this campaign, as Mith is doing his own and the story goes for him this time... Before complaining, though, I have written four stories for you, while this is the first for him! Besides that, the route of this campaign will be interesting, so as to see the alternate route (supposing that Thranduil is stubborn enough to resist), so I'd better look the campaign before having a character for this situation - I haven't developped an Elf who is isolationist. So, you'll have only my advice, at least for now. Have a nice time, my friend, and expect a good story when you go further with DaC v5 and a good faction.

My 2nd army goes along the side of the river to the more southern Large Town of Tirith Anduin because it makes a lot more money than Rochburg. You can typically only get one or the other, then go north to Edraicharn and siege it, Rohan will join you and just wait for them to surrender, or try to take the battle I guess, but it's a harder one. That's two good towns and all you sacrificed was one crappy village.
My friend I will tell you monney is the biggest issue to your Lothlorien campaign You must recruit in the first turn all unit you can because the next came 20 turn after
Bro, I disagree with you about Celeborn's model. I like the fact that we have something so old in the game since the beginning. It's like a treasure. This campaign reminds me of Galu's videos.
I believe you were too slow to start your expansion. Celeborn and haldir can solo the smaller settlements on the first turns each. leaving you to send troop to either Rochburg or Eidracharn. In your hard times you are lucky to have a strong rohan, at least this will take care of Isenguard for you, leaving you to deal only with dol guldur and the goblins.
I see the *everything is Fckn expensive lets put it all into forts* DESIGN choice is still there. A pity. Has been a while since I checked out this mod. There were so many cool units to hire back then. They were all but impossible to hire/upkeep because of the unreasonable cost. A shame.

When the Goblins attack in Erui you were in difficulty by the goblins because of your lack of melee infantery
A suggestion, use the submod to lothlorien that galadriel leads it and lothlorien/dol guldur have some changes ;)
