Update on the part about vampirism at 4:06. It got changed again on the PTS, so you will now again need Vampirism 3 to gain access to the Undeath passive, but the maximum of mitigation you'll gain will be 15%, which is half from what it is on live. So honestly it is made even worse than the original plan and my point still stands.
I really liked how far crafted and cheap overland sets could get you in no-proc. It could have been a great beginner and "try it at least once" campaign (instead of just okay), if there was some UI feature to signal which set effects work. Not having to change too much when switching campaigns will be an overall win, I think.
Now it’s time to return back to PVP! CP campaigns are just TOO Laggy that’s why I love BGs and no CP campaigns! Now that proc sets are back, I’m going to start back PVPing again
Ravenwatch is gonna die out. The whole point was "no cheese". And since now there will be cheese everywhere, why would I play in a campaign with no CP, if I have over 2k of them?!
Ravenwatch already did die out in its current state. On EU it used to be as popular as Gray Host, but I can't remember the last time outside of Mayhem where more than 1 faction was poplocked, let alone all 3 of them. On NA I don't think any faction ever poplocks anymore. No-CP by itself is markedly different because a big part of the tankiness that defines the current meta is derived from the mitigation and sustain provided by Champion Points. At least for the last few patches, defensive CP is stronger than offensive CP, so expect TTK on Ravenwatch to be a lot lower than on the CP campaigns.
@@Degonyte I also play on EU, played Ravenwatch but went Grey Host recently. Because why not? I use Tork of the Last Aileid King, so there is no gameplay change for me
@@Degonyte there are big fights in Ravenwatch, but what what I really think is... Since there is no class balance, blue sork+warden+ark large groups dominated campaign. And if you are a Templar fighter, you are screwed. Which I am. In proc campaign you still have Balorg and some burst sets. But in no prok all the disbalance in between classes becomes too obvious. And since there are less people in no prok, fights usually are small scaled, which also helps to see, what classes outperform another. In large fights there is a lot of chaos and sieges shooting, so it is much harder to point out some details.
@@skulpturostone4621 There are big fights in Ravenwatch sometimes, but usually only on Mon/Wed/Fri because that is when all the guilds have their runs. I was in a guild that tried to find fights on Tuesdays and Thursdays for months until we just gave up and joined GH/Blackreach groups where finding fights was much easier. The difference balancing being required for No-CP and CP has been an issue since the beginning on no-proc. I pointed this out several times on the forums during the initial no-proc testing. But given that not even PVP and PVE balancing were ever separated, ZOS was never going to do separate balancing for a specific PVP ruleset that they did not care about.

So instead of fixing things, ZOS prefered to make them more chaotic. So their mistakes in balance are not so obvious.
