Yo, sorry for the late reply. I use FL Studio for making music. There's a free demo version for it, only you can't reload saved projects. Honestly, FL comes with some pretty powerful synths, and surprisingly good sample libraries for acoustic instruments. All of that is really nice for starting out. Will say, the interface takes some getting used to, though.
