DUDE! The way you edited and reviewed this was insane! I loved it! Please keep doing reviews like this, its so refreshing and different! I can't wait for more!
A beautiful redheaded set. I finished mine a couple of days ago took best part of 5 days. Incredible display on the expensive side mind especially divided by piece count and and she mentions Ginnys room is too tight to access overall great
Great review holly I always enjoy your videos. This is a very cool Lego Harry Potter set I think the minifigures are very cool and this house definitely looks like what you see in the chamber of secrets. The molly minifigure with arm printing is probably the highlight in my opinion and I hope you’re enjoying Florida. I’ve never been to Florida but is something on my mind
The best review so far, goes to show it's not all about being the first. Fair and straight to the point, without contrived criticisms like "it's not as iconic as Gringotts" or "it should come with the car" just to drive engagement. The issues of this set would be solved by pushing it into $500 price range, however Lego seems to recognize not everyone is gonna spend that much on a set, so not everything needs to cost $500. Also, you are so pretty in this one :)
Great review! Life got busy for me and I haven’t been able to watch your channel in a bit. I gotta say, your videos have seriously amped up in quality! The attention you put in to editing, lighting, and scripting is noticeable and it looks so professional but also has a personal touch. It’s super impressive, great job!! I can’t wait to add the burrow to my collection! I hope your new home is going well! It looks beautiful from this tiny angle 😄 those storage units are fantastic. If possible, could you share where I could get some shelves like that? Thank you and sending all the best wishes!
I prefer the overall look of the 2020 attack on the burrow set but I did cave and get this collector edition just for the completeness. With that said, I’m planning on swapping out some of the bricks because I’m not crazy about some of the colors used in this newest set.
Expensive, sure, but at least an iconic house! Which is kinda my problem with the upcoming Malfoys Manor house... which is totally not iconic at all... sure some scenes from Deathly Hallows are... But the house and rooms themselves, nooo! (Especially not compared to Burrow, Grimmauld Place, Privet Drive etc.) Burrow set looks great, lots of details and hints! and liking the color scheme and characters. Also quite some hints to the books too.
The Malfoy Manor set will be nowhere near this level of detailed, its a $120 set if I recall, so probably something similar to the Ministry of Magic and Grimmauld Place sets.
I bought this on September 1st to get the free Harry Potter items. I'm in the process of building the Burrow right now but I like to only build one bag at a time to extend the building process. It gives me something to look forward to after work. Can't wait to see this come together. I never got the play set one but I'm glad I waited because this has so much more detail.
If I didn’t already have the 2020 version, I would definitely want the collectors one. If someone gifted this one to me, that’d be great, but I’m not going to buy it myself.
The new Burrow looks like a great set, and I would love to get it. As usual, space is a concern because it's a big set. My opinion is that the set could have used one or two more minifigures for the price of the set: Hermione Granger and Fleur Delacour. Hermione spent a ton of time at the Burrow, and Fleur married Bill. One side of Bill's face is scarred, which happened later in the book/film series, and he got married to Fleur getting the scars.
even though i don't buy a lot of harry potter i have to admit the burrow is a love letter on how to do lego right, fair price, a gwp or three!!!!. i'm a tad bitter because of the deku tree. couldn't even throw two horses in there, ridiculous price, no gwp. going to need lube when i finally decide to buy it, unless i get it on brick friday
I think this Burrow set is beautiful. Outside that issue regarding Ron and Ginny’s rooms not being easy to access unlike in the 2020 Burrow set, I think that this set is a massive upgrade in every way. I was never expecting to see Charlie Weasley pop up in a set, since we never see him in any of the films outside of a picture of him with his family at Egypt. However, we also got Madam Malkin in this year’s Ollivanders & Madam Malkin's Robes set, who is also a character who appears in the books, but not in any of the films. We may also see Peeves the Poltergeist in a future Hogwarts set. Who knows? I think it is great when LEGO Harry Potter sets include references to the books instead of relying solely on the films.
HI im a new subscriber fantastic set i wish I could afford it lol 😂 I'm just getting in to harry potter lego and it nice to see them so you can decide what to buy fantastic video👏
Tbf it really isn't needed because if you did buy this set he looks pretty much the same. And if not most sets include Harry so everyone no matter the cost can get Harry.
this is a very very cool set and I've purchased it, but I don't understand why it's CoS based when one of the selling points is that it's the first set to have Bill and Charlie and they could have literally just made it Goblet of Fire themed (going off the book) and only needed to throw in a Hermione
Probably because the 2nd film is the first time we see the Burrow, but also because you get both the scene with the rubber duck plus Ginny first seeing Harry. The 2020 version was based on the later films so it makes sense to change it slightly.
I realised it’s something in the sensor cause I cleaned the lens before hand and nothing changed, I gotta try figure it out how to clean it but at least for some I could crop in to get rid of it
@@Takeawayjustin if you can't afford it then why are you worried about what it does or doesn't include? I think making the iconic car as a small set is a good move. Lego have offered it a bunch of times now since 2018 so getting a really cheap way to get the car is good.
No, flying card was never part of borrow. Not really. It was there in one summer just because Mr. Weasley was studing muggles inventions and how they work bewitched and it wasn't even in Burrow that long. It wasn't something that was Always part of that place. So no, it's good it's separate cuz even the car lived it's own life
Nice set. BUT so many stickers in a expensive Set. This Set want be the exclusive Collectors Edition. I want build Lego not place stickers over and over. All Details and Eastereggs are Stickers. Very disappointed . 👎
Just some constructive criticism from a loving fan here: I am not a fan of you doing a house tour style review as an official first review for a set, especially a Harry Potter one and even more so a large Harry Potter one (unless it was something you felt was an unessecary remake or something like the UCS Hulkbuster). I watch you because you're well versed in Harry Potter and especially LEGO Harry Potter. I love seeing you point out things that were included that I don't remember, or even things that you feel are missing from the set. This house tour review doesn't fit well with your other reviews. It feels like a cute video idea where you get every LEGO Harry Potter house and try to sell them as a property owner. It doesn't feel like an official review at all. Were you just not interested in this set?
@@pengudoesstuffOr if anyone wants to get expensive LEGO sets, might as well buy those from Bricklink or somewhere for like a cheaper price, or something like that
You can literally buy the 2020 version for half the price. If you don't like the prices then maybe just don't buy any lego and move onto something else.
@@coraldiamond1922 I am the LEGO collector and I have played LEGO for over 30 years. I now have about 130 new unopened LEGO boxes (mainly Star Wars, Harry Potter, Technic and Icon sets). I normally purchase the UCS and other large LEGO sets value between $100 to $1,000 AUD through Amazon or retailer stores in Sydney when they offer 20% to- 35% discount. I still get the large LEGO sets I want at a better price compared to the RRP at the LEGO store. The LEGO sets are getting smaller and much more expensive nowadays. All LEGO boxes have many unnecessary spare parts.
I love that Arthur has an electric toothbrush because he loves muggle artifacts

Imagine if they had included Percy’s photo of Penelope Clearwater for his bedroom? That would’ve been a cool nod
OH THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO FUN
Are you gonna do a burrow comparison with all three burrows I’d love to see it
3?
@@aliostrowski1935Yes, there are three of them.
Yeah the d2c the one from 2020 and the one from 2010

Thanks for the review ❤

There’s a rubber duck but no bathtub! How is Arthur going to sing Rubber Ducky in the bath now? 😂

Glad they didn’t waste fig slots on death eaters for a scene that wasnt in the book this time
It’s fun to have a version that is based off a different scene, and it’s also a much more memorable burrow scene in my eyes
Seems you have enough parts in the previous sets to enhance the burrows to open up the other rooms!
I have the first one not sure if I’m getting this one
I wish they had included a duplicate Harry in the bonus set. That way it would be easy to make him go from one flue to the next.

I really like this set, immediately bought it. I like this new format, not those big 400 bucks plus sets because they are too expensive.
Um, you do know this is a re-release and costs over twice as much as the previous version, which looks just as good as this one?
@@largol33t1it’s not a re-release, it’s a completely different set.
I love that they’re gone away from every ‘collectors version’ being $500, and that this is also a switch up in terms of scene and characters
