You guys think that if Michael and Lindsay get ganked sometime in the future, their kid will grow up to be a vigilante who fights crime with cat-related gadgets and a New Jersey accent?
I know this might get ignored, but you guys really need to dim the lights in your room setup. The PSVR relies on tracking the LED's and in a brightly lit room, that's a lot harder than you'd expect for the rather sub-par camera. You can try and follow these instructions to better set it up for next time when you play a PSVR game. It's also recommended to make sure the Move controllers are fully charged, like 100% as often as possible. "You can see if there are any weird lighting issues when playing a game and pressing the PS button on one of the controllers. An in-game menu will pop up. Choose Adjust PlayStation VR > Confirm Your Position. This will show a live image of what the Camera can see. It is a negative, so any dark areas on screen could be affecting the tracking. If the screen is all white, save for the headset and controller tracking lights, you should be okay."
Same. I'm guessing either their camera is in a bad spot, or something about their lighting is messing up the tracking. I hate that people who don't have the psvr that watch this video are likely getting a bad first impression of it
Stevie M I have never had any experience with VR goggles. Yet. But having your motion controls spaz around, while your point of view keeps warping can't be good.
LforLight Cool good to know. As someone who has tried it and played this particular game I can actually speak from experience and tell you that it has never been so janky with me. Also its VR, watching it on TV really doesnt do it justice. I've watched a few AH videos with PSVR and it really does seem off, for what reason I really dont know. I think you should really reserve judgement until you've tried it.
Can anyone explain why there aren't any analog sticks on the VR controllers? Like i get some games you might want to teleport around but what's wrong with having analog sticks so you can play like a more dynamic shooter or something you know?
bloop I was think it's due to the amount of light that is confusing the sensor. If they played in a less illuminated room it would be completely different.
The vive and rift are both absolutely fine. The psvr just seems to be really lacking in the motion tracking department. I have a rift and it is absolutely incredible.
Im assuming the tracking problem has something to do with the fact it tracks the neon lights on the controllers and the headset. And the fact that in order to make the webcam watchable you need every light on. So might be better on your own in a dark room? Or not as well lit.
I've seen other reviews where the reviewer said that they followed the instructions and it still did that. I'm sure it might be their fault, but it may not be. PSVR *is* the low budget end of the spectrum, after all.
I think it's such bullshit tho, in both aspect of the situation. People weren't watching the videos because they didn't want to spoil their own playthrough, even tho telltales games have multiple storylines and endings. Unless you intend to play the exact same way you watch other people play it (which is stupid), there won't be much to spoil. As for AH wanting/needing a certain number of views to continue a series, also bullshit. Their ahwus have even less views than their batman videos. The only reason why people watch ahwus is to see their shenanigans, or hear about any community events or whatnot. No one actually cares, or uses their ahwus to know which games are coming out.
Try turning off the lights in the area. I find it's easier for the console to track the movements of the VR headset and the move controller when they are the brightest thing in view for the tracker webcam thingy merbob
This game is a good example of how limited VR games are. You are Batman and all you can do is throw batarangs and hope they magically pull to their target, use a scanner, and a grappling hook. Plus you can't even walk around yourself you have to teleport. VR won't be worth it until it is more a suit to get better motion control and on some sort of 360 degree treadmill like pad to allow you to actually walk around, but when that happens it will be more exercise than video game so either gamers will become athletes or they just won't buy it!
TheScinja I would buy the he'll out of that. hit they would have to make a fat suit for me... they do have those treadmills that let's you run or at least I saw an ad for one. it was very expensive and you were hooked in everything so you wouldn't fall. I just want a wireless vive headset with a nice 30x30 room with A/C and padded walls. after that let the fun begin... or am I dreaming to big?
They use a similar set up when they use the vive and there's no noticeable stutter. It's definitely limitations regarding the PSVR. The difference between VR price points is clearly evident here.
less than 5 minutes in and jeremy (i assume) unknowing gives away the ending lol also when jack said dumbass, for a second i thought it was actually part of the game and batman said it
TheDisarminghinkle Have you been living under a rock? It's the entire plot of Arkham Knight! Due to the Joker blood infusion, Bruce's psyche is breaking down and is being taken over by Joker. This VR is actually a nightmare Bruce is experiencing after City but before Knight.
was really looking forward to seeing AH do this after seeing previews for it on other sites. Shame its pretty unwatchable due to jankiness of the controls and the setup :(
i dont know why the vr is being so buggy for them. i played this the day it came out and it was smooth and clean. no jumpy movements or "floating piano" maybe they need to resynch their camera
Much like what happened with their last video I think their lights are interfering with the tracking. I've seen 3 or 4 others where it worked just fine.
There's been a dozen playthroughs of this by high profile youtubers and every single one of them has had better tracking than it is here. Seriously AH, consider turning down your lights when you film something that uses lights to track position.
The playstation move controlers hinder the PSVR experience? Huh almost as if using failed five year old tech as the basis for movement of your VR system is a bad choice.
I really think there's somthing wrong with their move controllers. because I've nevr had this much of an issue with my PS VR. granted, it's still not great by any means, but mine at least don't teleport around like theirs does.
"Why hesitate? It goes against everything I taught you."
"Jackass."
Love how Ryan's Robin voice is basically Morty
You guys think that if Michael and Lindsay get ganked sometime in the future, their kid will grow up to be a vigilante who fights crime with cat-related gadgets and a New Jersey accent?
Masterxl MVs Lindsay is already pregnant
(Sigh) Thank you, Danish.
no.... maybe for gav and meg though...
noseman
Masterxl MVs oh shit... Misinterpreted your statement
Had no idea wtf ganked meant
I know this might get ignored, but you guys really need to dim the lights in your room setup. The PSVR relies on tracking the LED's and in a brightly lit room, that's a lot harder than you'd expect for the rather sub-par camera.

"I don't kill but Alfred does" lol
*Jeremy whispers from the void* Baman...
Rylee Spencer time stamp?
Baman!
Little girl: Batman? What did you get me for Christmas?
Batman: I DIDN'T KILL YOUR PARENTS!!
*punches her in the the face then runs off*
19:26 "Dumbass" xD Jack's voice was perfectly tuned for that moment it sounded just like Batman
Let's Watch all the Robins die.
uponangelwings but these are the good Robins >:(
Would've been hilarious after Michael threw all those Batarangs if he said "First try" like Will Arnett from the Lego Movie.
Holy crap michael predicted it at 19:30. Like how.
Robin: “Batman, the batmobile won’t start.”
Batman: “Did you check the battery?”
Robin: “What’s a tery?”
I don't know whats different between their set up and mine but my psvr has never been that jerky unless someone walks in front of the camera.
Same. I'm guessing either their camera is in a bad spot, or something about their lighting is messing up the tracking. I hate that people who don't have the psvr that watch this video are likely getting a bad first impression of it
Bright ass studio lights I imagine
As soon as the game decided Nightwing was dead, it lost everything for me. A fun watch otherwise, AH always makes games better to watch lol
Ryan sounds like morty
the way Lil J says "it looks like a bat" and "I call it bat cereal" had me dying. best part of the video...
"We'll release state-of-the-art technology that relies on decade-old technology! Nothing could go wrong!" - PlayStation
Not the Batman Let's Watch I was hoping for.
Bruinsbiggestbear It's the one you deserve.
But it's the batman let's watch we deserve...
Holy crap! 425 was the code in Wayne manor!
almost j-bl!
Its also the first issue Joker appeared in
Kael Hyun ......joker was in batman's first issue lol
Every PSVR video AH makes just reinforces how bad it is.
LforLight How many times have you tried PSVR?
Stevie M I have never had any experience with VR goggles. Yet. But having your motion controls spaz around, while your point of view keeps warping can't be good.
LforLight Cool good to know. As someone who has tried it and played this particular game I can actually speak from experience and tell you that it has never been so janky with me. I think you should really reserve judgement until you've tried it.
Stevie M Right on. I'll probably get myself the next Vive, if and when that comes out.
LforLight I've not tried the Vive but from what I've heard its pretty damn sweet. VR is cool man, I hope you get to try it at some point soon
Can anyone explain why there aren't any analog sticks on the VR controllers? Like i get some games you might want to teleport around but what's wrong with having analog sticks so you can play like a more dynamic shooter or something you know?
Moving in the game without the physical sensation of movement makes people sick / gives people a headache.
Then have the option for both. For me personally if I'm in control of my movement, there is no problem of motion sickness.
Cmac McClizal You brain does not like no movement when your eyes see movement.
Ok, when that "bing bahbing bing" chime from Arkham Asylum went off I got serious flashbacks. Damn that was a good linear game.
Loved it when Michael immediately closed the hatch like 'Nope'.
Wait, I thought Elyse was Batman
This was awesome to watch but What happened to Tell Tale Batman?
Nobody watched those videos.
Aw cmon! I know they are a company and needs to go by rules, but I am getting tired of tons of unfinished lets watches :/
That sucks because they were making some great content out of that game.
IndianTelephone they're done with that because no one watched it
The shittest part is it was legitimately one of the funniest series they'd made lately.
I cant get over how joyfully Batman pushed the button at 35:45
Achievement Hunter makes me happy :)
Achievement Hunter makes me cum 8=======D~~~
But only Game Grumps make me pre...
I really wanna see them go back to Batman Telltale/
I have ps vr and the vr batman game and it wasn't this bad. I think their set up is really off or something.
can't agree enough, not sure why theirs sucks so bad
its cause the option button to recalibrate is being held down somewhere....
bloop I was think it's due to the amount of light that is confusing the sensor. If they played in a less illuminated room it would be completely different.
Knowing their setup they also likely have a bunch of wires and shit in front of the camera so it can't track properly.
Also it doesn't like it if you block the tracking lights on the headset with your hands
Ryan isn't Michael's Sidekick, Michael is Ryan's Sidekick.
Someone who did the description needs to be in the hole with Edgar.
nope, ryan was robin in this
Michael is way better than Ryan
At What? Judas America.
Euggh. The psVr is uhh. Well, you get what you pay for. And I guess they paid for spotty as fuck movement tracking.
G3NlU5 Home you might want to watch more then one psvr video before you start giving such an "expert" analysis of why psvr is shit
+Achievement Hunter You misspelt horror in the description.
wow vr totally not ready for mass use
Janzer more like PlayStation VR not ready
Oh? Which one is good?
***** ive mostly seen people use the vive its seems really good to me
The vive and rift are both absolutely fine.
U can calibrate the controllers in the setting so controller are tracked better for future use, also move the mic away from cameras view
I'm going to be honest, I thought the killer was Superman he snapped a neck and everything
The killer wore shoes. He must have been Mr Jefferson from the bakery!
Batman dancing was the funniest thing I've seen in a while
I never realised that when you rewind a fight where person A is winning against B, it kind of makes it look like Person B is winning.
729 possible combinations at 27:30. It's 9^3 not 9 choose 3. Binomial coefficient is used when choices can't be repeated, exponential when they can.
I know the page is glitchy but it is a solid Vr experience and it's fun and that's all that matters to me
At 19:28 when jack said dumbass at the end of batmans speech I thought batman said it and watch it it flows so well😂😂
they killed nightwing, are you serious
In the end you see that it is all a nightmare batman is having.
Dude, spoiler much?
Never read the comments before finishing the video.
Read's the comments before watching the video and complains about spoilers.
Lachlan Murphy Dude, watch the video much?
maybe if you werent holding down the option button, it wouldnt be trying to recalibrate you every 2sec...
This is amazing! Project Morpheus delivered.
please tell me they fix their fucking shit in the video and it's not drifting all over the place
that's not even PSVR's fault, it's theirs
I've seen other reviews where the reviewer said that they followed the instructions and it still did that. I'm sure it might be their fault, but it may not be. PSVR *is* the low budget end of the spectrum, after all.
is like 40% psvr 60% them
The day where the Macarena has broken VR lol (not really but it's click baity)
Michael didn't check for the 5 signs of death.
"Alfred you see this shit, the piano is flying all over the place" this is how i imagine Bruce talking to Alfie growing up
The neck cracking was phenomenal. *_CRICK, CRACK. CRACK, CRICK._*
Love that Michael plays Batman like Danny DeVito.
Ryan's Robin sounds like Morty from Rick and Morty 😂
The fucking neck snap rewind made me cry from laughing so hard.
BUT WHERE IS TELLTALE BATMAN PART 3?
No one was watching the series so they canned it.
Yes it is. They said so in Off Topic.
One of the last five or so Off Topics, forget which one. Don't really care which one, look for yourself.

The only reason why people watch ahwus is to see their shenanigans, or hear about any community events or whatnot. No one actually cares, or uses their ahwus to know which games are coming out.
Kay Sabb Dunno man, not my channel and don't care. The Telltale Batman game was a shitty port on PC so had no interest in it.
Try turning off the lights in the area. I find it's easier for the console to track the movements of the VR headset and the move controller when they are the brightest thing in view for the tracker webcam thingy merbob
and again another one with wrong setup, it wasn't so shitty to play like it was in this video.
This game is a good example of how limited VR games are. You are Batman and all you can do is throw batarangs and hope they magically pull to their target, use a scanner, and a grappling hook. 43:10 Purple? Orange (ish)? Slow Clap? Rimmy Tim's true identity revealed?
Please continue telltale batman
The glitchiness is really unsettling.
Not the batman video I was expecting but not bad
The answer to how many safe combonation possibilities there could be is 729
Wow this was... crunchy
Wish the move controllers weren't so jerky. Totally ruins the immersion.
SebHighDef pretty sure it's the psvr. I've seen it on so many other places than here. Maybe the set up made it worse but it's not the cause.
As Ryan said the technology is like 8 years old at this point. They just updated it a bit and re-released it for PS4 so unfortunately its not great.
SebHighDef i used the technology 8 years ago... Wasnt good enough then, isnt good enough now.
They use a similar set up when they use the vive and there's no noticeable stutter. It's definitely limitations regarding the PSVR. The difference between VR price points is clearly evident here.
SebHighDef Sorry my mistake 6 years ago, congratulations you made me look it up to fact check my memory well done.
I laughed so hard at the Batman dance that I inhaled my gum.
Ryan's Robin impression was basically Morty from Rick & Morty
I'm actually eating bat cereal while watching this.
I find it funny that Because Penguin didn't commit THAT specific crime, Batman just leaves him to commit whatever other crimes he's doing lol.
The number of different combinations possible with repeating numbers would have been 504.
less than 5 minutes in and jeremy (i assume) unknowing gives away the ending lol
also when jack said dumbass, for a second i thought it was actually part of the game and batman said it
Fun Fact: The Batarang budget is so big that Tim Drake Robin snuck a Batmobile in it for the Teen Titans.
Boy. I really wish I understood that ending...
Awho Chen I'm pretty sure that's not how DNA works...
TheDisarminghinkle Its a game lol. Doesnt have to work
+DaedraAssassin
It's marvel lol. We're literally dealing with superheros and this guy is like "but dna doesn't do that!"
It's DC...
Wow, did you guys have the PS VR set up right?? I didn't have near as much trouble with the tracking when I played this
I'll take a Robin who says "you heathen!" to Batman. That'd be an interesting dynamic.
VR has come so far!!
7:51 Alfred: Perfect Jack: Perfect
504 possible combinations for the safe
"I hate everything....I'm JUST a billionaire.."
thank you michael you are funny and i love this channel because of you!
Michael pulls down the cell window*
Sees joker in it*
Closes it*
29:30
michael really is a dad
Anyone else get a Geoff Ramsey AT&T ad before this?
Great let's play.. but by god's is the PSVR the poor mans VR unit.
"You gotta hip shoot that ho". Damnit, Ryan, now I miss Free Play.
Why is it that whenever nightwing dies for our sins it's by getting his neck snapped like damn get him a cone of shame or something
I don't know how someone could play in that, congratulations
was really looking forward to seeing AH do this after seeing previews for it on other sites. Shame its pretty unwatchable due to jankiness of the controls and the setup :(
You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?
i dont know why the vr is being so buggy for them. i played this the day it came out and it was smooth and clean. no jumpy movements or "floating piano" maybe they need to resynch their camera
Despite it acting weird, looks pretty fucking cool.
This is making it even more tempting to get PS VR. :P (I already have a ps4 slim, so I'm set there lol).
Oh my god why does PS VR look like dog shit. It's like batman had parkinson's.
Ryan Fox cause they're blocking the camera with a camera based motion controller.
Ryan Fox that's what happens when you dont use the vive or oculus.
Much like what happened with their last video I think their lights are interfering with the tracking. I've seen 3 or 4 others where it worked just fine.
That's what happens when you play games on a DVD player.
Why do the hands shake so much?I didn't know Batman had Parkinson's.
Anyone else notice that they misspelled horror in the description? 😊
If Michael J Fox played batman.
if you guys ever use the playstation vr again, turn the lights off. it helps exponentially
The problem there is they like to cam the person using the vr for extra laughs. If they turn the lights off they lose that extra perspective.
no reason to turn them of, just dimming them a bit would be enough i think
I really think there's somthing wrong with their move controllers. because I've nevr had this much of an issue with my PS VR. granted, it's still not great by any means, but mine at least don't teleport around like theirs does.
omg i cant get past the game constantly resetting itself to track the controllers
ryan's robin impression sounds like morty????
Mark Hamill as joker
