Great video. Did you have to pay for the checked baggage. Were they strict with the weight. How was the seat comfort and customer service

I personally did not have any checkin baggage because it was a short trip.
But from my Economy Class ticket, it said that 1 checkin bag was free with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms and total dimension of 158cm.
The flight was full and they were checking the weight strictly. Especially they were checking the carry on bag size and weight and if it was excessive then they would check in the carryon for free.
The seat was generally comfortable although if you sit closer to the tail of the plane, then the window seat legroom can be a bit smaller than the aisle seat.
Customer service was OK, some of them were friendly but otherwise just courteous and neutral.
