I'm a fan of both games dude, they're both awesome actually. The only problem with DmC was that it has the name DmC in it, if they'd used their own original name for the game it's bound to receive more positive reactions.

My favorite part is how you can clearly see the heartbreak in a few peoples faces when they saw Nero and thought it was Donte. Followed by immediate comprehension and relief when he revs the Red Queen.

I'm disappointed by the fact that the crowd wasn't as hyped as the viewers were at the moment when Dante showed up at the end of the trailer
They were showing a crowd shot because they probably expected a bigger reaction
As to why they should never show a shot of the crowd which is just full of journalist and press flunkies who probably don't know what a video game is.
Thats the sad part about inviting woke journalists to these events instead of true XBOX gamers because because they know less to nothing about these games!

3 years late, but at the game awards on the stream the crowds noise is removed and they only use the hosts and trailer audio I believe. There's a video on youtube showing the difference between the game awards Joker Smash Bros reveal vs the stream and you can completely hear the crowd going wold while on the stream it sounds completely silent.
My initial reaction: "Oh, a sequel to the reboot. Well, I don't think the reboot NEEDED a sequel, but okay. (sees him rev Red Queen) Wait a minute, that's NERO! This is back on the main timeline!"

the sincere excitement for this game always makes me so happy!!! I was only introduced to dmc through the 5th game but looking back you can literally feel the shock and enthusiasm through the screen from all the longtime fans, which I totally get now!!

God I remember first watching the reveal and screaming like I was being stabbed and being so happy. DMC is my reason for gaming with DMC 3 being my introduction into action games and ever since it's been a whole roller coaster. And now the game has been out for nearly a week I'm still struggling to realise that it's all real. The game is jay pure awesomeness

I loved the little detail where when you see the Devil May Cry logo on the van you see the small 5 right after it, immediately showing fans that this was a new mainline DmC game! I imagine they did that intentionally so fans wouldn't think it was a sequel to the reboot game. This trailer was so good!
