We went to see Seinfeld in Winnipeg, Canada last May and unbeknownst to us, Sebastian was the opening act! I didn’t even know who he was, but he was hilarious! So we got a 2 for 1 show!!! So lucky to see him live!

Once, I was visiting a friend at an apartment complex that had a pool and jacuzzi. There was a 30 something mom with her two kids, boy-girl 8ish. They were off to the side doing their own thing. I went into the jacuzzi for 5 minutes, then she and her two kids came over and went right in. It was uncomfortably close, so I immediately got out. Who brings their kids into a hot tub right next to a strange man? The fuck.

One of many reasons why I switched to home workouts. I really try to be tolerant of what people do but I’m with Sebastian on this one.
The "big" public gyms with $10 memberships are getting really hard to deal with. It's like trying to exercise at Walmart. I was swimming laps in the pool and a guy literally got in the same lane as me and started swimming right next to me like we were competing for the right to use the lane. At first I was so stunned I didnt know if I should be mad that they were this stupid and rude or if they had some sort of mental disability I wasn't allowed to get mad about.
Sebastian makes me laugh even when he simulates jogging in place.
Reasons why I don’t go to the gym anymore. There’s always that guy or gal. That owns the gym and tries to create attention for themselves like look at me. They must’ve not gotten any attention as kids.

Its not called creating attention in the gym. Its called hitt cardio. Its extremely good for fat loss and stamina and over all health. Its a Amazing way to get in shape. If someone can run on 12 for 20 seconds. Trust me their not creating attention. That means they have done it for a while and have stamina. If they were trying to create attention they wouldn't be able to do it or they would fly off. I normally do this outside. But in the winter its cold and snows so i do it inside 3 times a week. Def not trying to attract attention hahaha.
The fact you look around and notice is telling. My head is down and I bounce through the workout with not even one ounce of care what anyone else is doing. You should try it, might make life less agitating for ya.

The water thing is called a camel pack. Motocross racers use them.., but, they're not on a damned treadmill.
Service members are issued them, they're actually convenient depending on the workout but I could never run with water sloshing on my back

I would legit be dead with out them, two hour races wouldn’t be possible.
Biking for over 30 miles or hiking all day. When I hike 15-20 miles the last thing I want to do is keep reaching back to grab a water bottle 10-15 times. It slows you down and is annoying. My buddy had a cheap backpack and he could not reach his water bottle, so he asked me to get it. Once, OK. After the second time I told him that he better find an alternative method or we are going to have a serious problem.
Good for marathons also! Or even a ten mile run. Anything over ten. Especially if you're not stopping.
I use those spaces on the treadmill. I'm not leaving my keys and wallet in the locker.
