i did that before downes, and he still coughed, probably from the fire from earlier or dust
I also did it after but I think he coughs either way
You can do that mission before the downes mission, it's just dust and dirt that made him cough
If I develop a concerning cough, I hope I have someone that pays better attention than you, else I be dead on the quick.
