I’ve been playing a variation of this with meteor ormus and brimstone. It’s amazing so far. I use es/chilling memory in swap, and max synergies for inferno/fire mastery, 1 in teleport, and dump rest into fireball. No hard points in meteor. Meteors deal with immunes and give a massive dps boost.

Oh man thank you so much for something like this, I'm a PlugY player so I can almost never get a full skiller inventory and the big expensive runewords so these budget options help so much.
