Wizspike : Why not delve into the mana stuff with a unique mod giving fire/cold/light damage depending on how much max mana you have. Runemaster: its a good weapon as is. Wild idea here it could increase the effect of runes socketed into it (runeMASTERxxx69) Spikethorn: No touchy. Its already slept on, the ATD is actually useful and the fact that it gives flat damage serves its purpose. Stealskull: Agree just a jack of all trades early nothing shines here Hyp spear: Agreed. Scepters: Redeemer as a clear niche for sanctuary melee, could use a small bump to make it viable. The other one is just a bunch of melee stats with no clear purpose and outclassed by everything else Bloodmoon: Cool ideas lots of direction you can go with bleed/leech related stuff Viperfork: outshined by the rabies druid weapon and doesnt work on amazon sadly as you stated, need an overall rework

just letting you guys know, I use ethereal edge every single league to farm trav as a merc weapon on a goldfind barb. It may not be a good weapon for your own use but it most definitely has a strong use in travincal farming.
Hell plague, along with plague barrer and frost wind they fit into druid build but at the moment its worthless the second you get 3wss for hexfire. If hell plague removed the ed for some onboard ias like 45 so 4 sheals would reach 4.2 swings and 2-3 mpk lpk instead of Leech it would make it an early fireclaw and fire druid option.
I like the idea of all scepters getting a buff. When I think a pally I think a big shield and a big mace/scepter. Hurts that all the best melee pally weapons are NOT scepters. They should be elite options to go along more standard routes. And with pallys being such an interesting character you could get really creative with niche pally melee builds. Or casters really..
How about a cheap, less effective infinity type item so you can be able to play one element from the den to the worldstone chamber in hell ? Something other than pus spitter or hiring a elemantal merc that is different from your elemental damage

I love wiz.. think its fine that some weapons are a res and fcr booster until you find a more rare item with damage
Make wiz 1+ random elemantal skill, decrease the all res to 40, add 25-50mf and make it roll 1-2 sock on default.
honestly all 1 handed swords need changes too.
