you can use the atgm to try to kill the planes too. if you use them right after an AA rockt launch, the pilots some times dont notice them. (If he comes head on)
It still baffles me that they don't give us the updated stingers that actually work like they should. The ones currently ingame are underperforming like crazy and they cannot compete with the chinese/russian AAM's... It's very frustrating

@@waldek7772 If they would implement the real physics of the actual stingers they would be a game changer in game. I've seen a couple being shot in real life during my time in the army here and they definitely perform A LOT better than what's being displayed in the game currently. The game is using the old physics from the very first stinger generations and even those weren't actually this bad
The Chinese TY-90 missiles swat planes right out the sky, extremely difficult to evade. Love them! I wish this heli Carried similarly effective missiles
They just made all anti-air missiles less maneuverable, although this is rarely helping against the Pantsir ones. Because the only way to properly dodge those, not hoping the Pantsir player is dumb, is to notice where the Pantsir is located and hide even before he shoots the missile at you because if you don't locate him and you hear the ding-ding from the MAW, usually that means you are already either dead or injured so heavily you won't be able to reach a helipad
how do you like slightly zoom in the lazer targeting pod. I always just press right click and it goes full zoom. How can i like bring it to halfway zoom?
go to your helicopter controls and search "mouse", then set "Mouse Wheel" to "Zoom axis". I have it set to zoom axis in aircraft controls as well. And sensitivity is your preference, I have it set to 100% on helis, and 50% on planes

@@waldek7772 Whenever I use the ty-90's it just feels amazing and then the sad moment where you switch back to the stingers it just hurts

@@rukinaa apparently even the worst stingers irl could pull around 20g's, meanwhile war thunder has one of the most modern variants and only 10gs

Тигр сейчас можно исключительно для сб качать, там он раскрывается на весь свой потенциал, в отличии от рб, увы
