My brother, with a price of $7m, I believe it's downright illegal to feel short-changed. When it comes to new boats, $7m will get you a 70-80 footer. This one is like 130-140 (roughly).
Gorgeous, that is a very sympathetic update. Just the right amount of understated quality, that still leaves it feeling cosy, very nice. Another excellent tour, although I have been filling in the blank 'with a good book' for the last few. Please don't tell me someone complained, you could've trademarked that phrase & had it printed on merch 😁
Awesome thanks pal that's definitely the way to go buy older boat and get it refurbished. Thank the older one much more character! Thanks nick hope you and your good lady are well pal. ❤
@@AQUAHOLICthank you, I certainly did. when I saw the cockpit I was like 'not sure about toys being here' but then the second deck made up for it and then some. Wife thinks I'm crazy because a lot of times the engine room tour is my favourite bit, and those engines are works of art!
Hi Nick, And thank you again with a Superyacht on this beautiful Sunday This time the Lurssen from "96/"23 starting with the wide and bright salon and dinning and a double suite on the main deck this time, looks very nice with all those windows below the master with 2 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a spacious tub great and 2 other suites also very nice I love the sky lounge with a sun deck on top Thanks again Nick thats a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely tour as always. You can certainly tell it's a near 30 year old yacht with the design, not saying that's an entirely a bad thing. The monchrome finish and Recaro seats in the bridge really say 1990s. I love the whole thing.
Still a good looking SuperYacht, with a huge crew area. I often think poor crew stuffed into a tiny shoe box. Great tour Cheers Nick and Marrianne. 👍👍👍👍
Nice yacht! Like the space seems almost like a condo rather than a boat! The lighter wood on the walls make the space seem bigger too! Galley is huge! Nice! 👍👍
True but an 80's double wide would have had 2 bathrooms. Here we have a 41 meter boat that cost 7 million that only has 1, I guess they do a lot of just hanging it off the side. One the other hand it maybe kind of like on an airplane were they give you a barf bag on a yacht they give you your on bucket. I hope they give you a pack of hand wipes.
I really like this yacht. I love the classy decor which is not too flash and the way it's presented ready for the next guests especially the flower arrangements. Also I have never seen a Serrano ham on a yacht before !
Nick, looks like she's an excellent shape for as old as she is. Somebody is taking very good care of her. The engine-room looked very clean and well-maintained.
This one is fantastic! The whole idea of less being more really comes through with this boat. So much of the layout seems unique as well, from the galley to the baths in the cabins, to the very funky helm. Even the instruments are very different to the usual, which only adds to the feel. I think I rather like 90s boats! Of course, it wouldn't have been worth a jot without The Wave, so I'm delighted you got one in!
Oh wow it was built 1996, she is amazing spaceous she doesn't pack in cabins like some of the more modern boats have to a different time. Love the marble and the more natural wood finishes. If the crew quarters are treated in the same manner as the rest of the boat they'll be very comfortable. Love the modern look to the bridge they have packed on all the modern gizmos needed for the safety of the ship. Helpful crew member to get you in the engine room. Fabulous looking engines as you said the real deal with an amazing range. I'm guessing they are the original to the boat.
Beautiful. I'm in the wrong job. Sometimes I think "I wonder where in my life I should've turned left instead of turning right" - fair play to anyone who can afford this level of Superyacht.
Stunning! Love the Galley, looks well equipped for a change. Great tour Nick! Love the name lol. Would be interesting to see a tour of the one next door with the chopper.
So nice to see a spacious galley and crew mess, on the main deck with a proper table and chairs, and plenty light and view out. So rare these days where they can't seem to cram enough cabins into yachts of any size.
So much space on board. The engine room is staggering. Its up there with the biggest engine room I have seen. The galley is bigger than a lot of home kitchens. If only I had the money to buy her. One question the crew cabins are occupied. If I was to buy this boat would I have the option to keep this crew. Once again Nick thank you so much for taking us on this magnificent tour of this beauty
This baby looks like a million bucks!! Oopsie - this fine yacht has the look and "feel" of a much more costly vessel. An exquisite example of a "make over" offering great value for money spent. Too much to say with little space remaining. I am grateful for the walk thru and all those who work toward maintaining something so valuable. Thank you all.
I noticed that the headliner in the VIP was sagging around the front windows. I'm surprised to see that since it had a recent refit. I really didn't care for this yacht. I did like the blue engines. Thanks Nick!
Real home away from home stuff there Nick. Thank you. Just waiting for the part deau where you walk us through all the storage places thusly! That would be an easy 30 minutes all by itself. 🤣 🍷
Lovely , 30 years old but still looking good. I thought you were stepping on to an escalator for a second as you went down to the engine room. Certainly enough room for one. A really cosy interior with little hints of Japanese influence in the cabins; such as the fan on the bed and the paper screen effect behind the beds.
Interesting yacht - spacious for sure but as others have mentioned kinda strange - no crew area access!? a first for Aquaholic. I understand its their home and you are of course respectful BUT this yacht is for sale and a reckon if I had the money I'd want to see all areas. Great tour as ever - thank you Nick!
Interesting styles in there. The accommodations, especially, remind me of really high-end, traditional Japanese guesthouses. Quite cool that something like that would work on a vessel at sea!
Hi Nick, a great older ship but the messy cluttered aft boat deck shows it up. At last a proper kitchen and not a galley 👍 I would be spoilt for choice as the VIP is a contender as a main suite for me. Choices, choices 😎 Cheers DougT
Very.... nicely strange as someone else mentioned. Favorite, the VIP suite! That is awesome ! Owners suite is really massive and impressive but maybe a bit much ? Trying to figure out how many more cabins could there be in that space ? WOW ! Thank you !
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but what's not to love with a true Super Yacht Sunday . Being a Lurssen it's got the pedigree but for me I'm torn about this one, the outside area's are great and practical for sure but the inside doesn't inspire me at all . The main deck v.i.p. would be my master cabin and the master cabin would be made into two if it were mine,I don't know perhaps that's just me,and again perhaps it's just me but I find it hard to fully decide on if I like a yacht or not without seeing the crew areas 🤔 I do enjoy a good tour of the older boats sprinkled here and there amongst the new stuff so thanks for that Nick but still in two minds on this one, perhaps I need a fortnights holiday on it to work it out,be a good chap Nick and sort that out for me that's a good fellow 🤗👌🖖
Funny how as you are walking thru the yacht(s) my brain goes into analytics mode. Meaning, I begin to analyze if I won the lottery, would I purchase this Yacht? Yes, yes I would. Lol
I found it so interesting you mentioned Envy in your 24 hours aboard a Princess F70 motor yacht video while you were in Puerto Portals. At the time when I was a teenager, Envy was called Xenia and would often berth there over the Summer next to the fabulous Philante by Brooke Marine.
Hi Nick, great video, as usual, my friend. One thing though you said the yacht had just had a major refit, did they forget the headlining in the VIP cabin or is it supposed to look like that? Pedantic I know, but to me it stuck out like a sore thumb.
What a wonderful & clean well kept engineering space. The captain maintains a shipshape vessel for sure. Everything is so clean & organized which shows a crew who enjoys their job & appreciated by the owner. Good job Nick, & OBTW I would be hard pressed to not use the main deck VIP as the owners cabin instead of the lower deck one. Flip a coin as to which one to use. Great job Nick.🙏🇨🇦👍
It’s very impressive for its age and the refit work on the upper and sun deck is superb. I think SeaTag need to be let loose on the main and lower decks though. The headlining in the VIP looked a little saggy! 41m charging along at 20 knots must be a brilliant sight.
Love this one! Bummed the crew wouldn’t let you show their cabins/area though. That’s like selling your house but telling the realtor they can’t show the bedrooms lol. For me I want to know the crew area on a boat. Call me weird lol. Also the lower cabins felt way closed in almost suffocating without any portholes/windows????? My cabin would definitely be the upper deck vip rather than the basement dungeon lol. Of course if you’re using it for charters it’s ok but I personally would want the least amount of people on my boat always lol! Great video as always!!!
Nice layout. The interior, decor is what I would describe as 'charter spec'. Devoid of real personality and just enough decoration to not call it boring. Amazing yacht though, especially with it being a Lurssen. A go anywhere yacht. All aluminum so maybe not an Antarctica cruiser, but if you can afford this, you can afford a charter on àn Antarctica yacht. But this could probably have an ice belt in military grade aluminum with bracing in carbon fiber underneath
The four cabin layout really makes all the rooms feel like VIPs!
What I really like about this is the huge amount of space. Nothing crammed in, just clean, open space.
Very nice
I love that even after hundreds of yachts, Nick still finds baths sumptuous and exciting to see on a yacht outside of the primary cabin!
As you say, they didn’t try and pack in as much as possible. Yet, I didn’t feel short changed at all. Such a nice yacht.
My brother, with a price of $7m, I believe it's downright illegal to feel short-changed. When it comes to new boats, $7m will get you a 70-80 footer. This one is like 130-140 (roughly).

Good point, I need to bring it back!
Awesome thanks pal that's definitely the way to go buy older boat and get it refurbished. Thank the older one much more character! Thanks nick hope you and your good lady are well pal. ❤
Though I don't generally appreciate superyachts, this is an absolute corker. Well worth the refurb of an excellent older boat.
Thank you for the tour Nick. It's always nice to see a Lurssen.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Love how thay thought about the crew and give them a good size mess and over all beautiful yacht and mega engine room
Super yacht Sunday!! Just finished treating the gates and about to have shower but need a break. Perfect
Enjoy! 😃

Beautiful!!! Id love to see many more mega yachts like this, I know it’s not easy to get a tour, but I’d love to see a close to 100m yacht tour😂
I love how on this boat you never forget your on a boat. Some of the modern boats you could think you were in a hotel or a luxury penthouse
The ones that make me feel like I'm in a hotel just itch my soul.
Like, *why* would I spend millions of dollars to live in a hotel?
Stunning!
Great yacht and video. Renowned Lurssen quality.😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful! Thank you Nick for sharing her. Classic yet classy.
Lovely tour as always. You can certainly tell it's a near 30 year old yacht with the design, not saying that's an entirely a bad thing. The monchrome finish and Recaro seats in the bridge really say 1990s. I love the whole thing.

What a treat, a Lurssen 😁Thank you for showing us this gem of a super yacht 🙏
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Nice! 👍👍
The smaller boat has the helicopter lol… I do believe the interior looks the same as a double wide mobile home from the 80’s. Great job Nick!
True but an 80's double wide would have had 2 bathrooms. Here we have a 41 meter boat that cost 7 million that only has 1, I guess they do a lot of just hanging it off the side. Nick, looks like she's an excellent shape for as old as she is. Somebody is taking very good care of her. The engine-room looked very clean and well-maintained.
Loved it, i like big spacious accommodation, loved the blue engines and lived a big area for the toys.
Love the Aquaholic socks Nick !! 🐾
😎

Thanks fort watching! 🙂

Stunning! Love the Galley, looks well equipped for a change. Great tour Nick! Love the name lol. Would be interesting to see a tour of the one next door with the chopper.
Lovely tour, Nick!
It made me think, how about a "Meet the owner" with Lord Sugar on his yacht. You can but ask!
I did - no answer! 😄

Not to sure about the lower deck cabins having no windows. Really nice everywhere else. When is the boat tour with helicopter on?👍👍
Thanks Nick!
You're welcome! 🙂
Great tour Nick. 8 guests would be lost on such a vast yacht. I’d struggle to stretch out in that vip cabin bath though 😀
Now that is an amazing boat so much space & every thing you would need excellent review Nick.

That VIP cabin is almost has big has my apartment ! lovely yacht ! If only I have a few billion I would live on it year round !!
Gorgeous. If money is there, that's what I'd love to have to host friends and family. Classy, classic and not overcrowded.

Love to see a superyacht with the Dutch flag 🇳🇱
i think I saw this last week anchored off San Antonio Ibiza bay, looked stunning in the famous sunset there
Really nice superyacht, but now I'm interested of that yacht next to this with a choppa!! And the sailing yacht on portside.

fantastic boat
Beautiful ship, sir Nick, normally the owner cabin would be on the main deck,
A really beautiful yacht, nice finishes and a great layout. That is an awesome cabin for the VIP. Great tour Nick thank you.
My pleasure!

That vip guest cabin is so nice I would think it would be difficult deciding between it and the owners cabin
Wow so elegant

That helicopter though! Ha! Actually a nice yacht. Did I miss a hot tub though, but maybe they didn't want (need) one.

Question n8ck why would you buy a new boat , when you could have this beauty? This is the best you have reviewed in a while !
Now i feel going up stairs sick 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very nice. I actually like the VIP better than the owners cabin

Does the boat come with the Prosciutto ham that's standing in the kitchen?
Lovely
I've always wanted to see you review one with a helipad
Nick, Did you get a taste of that prosciutto in the galley?
Such a big boat but with less room
Amazing yacht you could live on that for months nick
Can you make a tour of the jeanneau merry fisher 1295 fly. Please 🙏
