@@akaiba5285 Hedge Wizard's More True Than Time Thought gave me EotB vibes. I also recommend Quest Master, not really because it is exactly like this sound track, but because it is the most listenable out of all the RPG influenced Dungeon Synth artists. It's seriously some of my favorite.
Holy crap, there's only 8 minutes of looping music for like 95% of the game. I remember muting it as a kid because I couldn't take it anymore! But then I put in a stupid number of hours. Interesting revisiting it again. I'm really intrigued by others' opinions!
I think the looping music gets a lot better after the first three levels. The songs for the first three levels was definitely WAY too abrasive for how short of a loop it was. It has been ingrained into the brains of my family even to this day with how much they heard it lol.

Whoever composed these wrote the best dungeon synth album Of All Time without ever knowing it...
Indeed
I know this comment is 3 years old but to anyone reading this. Is there any dungeon synth albums with this exact feel? Its tooo damn good

@@akaiba5285 Dungeon Explorer for sega cd
Almost 30 years, and I'm just 33, & the capcom sound effect give me still a smile!😁
Yup, I'm your age. I tried playing this as a kid, and only got to the second floor lol.
wow this game was such a great part of my childhood!
My very first D&D game i ever played back in the begining of the 90sh! what a good memories back here in venezuela! #WEDOPLAY
I always have this music in mind when playing Minecraft for some reason...
The soundtrack is so underrated
The 90s capcom logo was legendary.
I play this music as background when I play Dwarf Fortress, it produces a really eerie atmosphere
The copy of this game I got from abandonware didn't have the music in it... I hadn't realized how much character I was missing!
I should go back and try to finish this now that I'm not young and stupid.
Being old and stupid doesn't help either, take it from me.
first time playing this game as a child I had keys in my characters weapon slots...dammit
I was a little older when this came out; I had a rougher time with Pool of Radiance.
thebest comment ever
It's a pretty fun game, full of old-school dungeon crawling vibes. Hope you finished the game, cause I just finished it last year hahaha
Thanks a lot, im going to use it for a D&D sesion.

This would go perfectly while fighting in dungeons
I recommend Drakkhen's ost as well.
Unless you're doing AD&D, either 1st or 2nd editions, you're doing it wrong.
8:10 is where the good stuff starts gents! I remember that crazy retro music whilst fighting the drow, I felt like I was on shrooms.
Definitely my favorite as well
even with the Friday the 13th esque "ch ch ch ah ah ah"s

well I did the Triple crown....finished it on PC, then on Amiga AGA and after that on Sega CD...SNES is next to be a Grand Slam EOB champion
the song that starts at 4:52 gives me PTSD
I engraved this song into my families heads. It's been 20 years and if I hum it they'll know exactly what I'm referencing lol. You're not alone.
I still have this game, but don't have a console right now.
no problem, glad you like it :)
gracias, buscaba esto desde hace mucho! Ese juego me gusto mucho
Thank you for this.
me sabia los mapas del juego de memoria, nunca pude encontrar el trono perdido en los calabozos
Their fate is sealed...
Sounds like a drunk version of the Amiga music.

The legend states that if you dislike the Eye of The Beholder music you get shot with a Death Ray in real life... no saving throw allowed!!!

They got poisoned on level 4 and have to reload.
This game is fucking awful compared to its Sega CD counterpart.
Your opinion is awful
Why is that is it a RAM issue?
